such a great lunch!! plenty of options on the menu and even a $8.99 buffet!!! everything I had was delicious and I love the atmosphere of this family dining experience! especially for an ‘after church lunch’! I will gladly be returning and ready to try more!

Delicious food! Decor is so adorable! Loved it! I had the Shrimp Po’ Boy with Fried Green Tomatoes and my husband had the Smoked Sausage Sandwich with Fries and we shared the BBQ Quesadilla! A must in Sardis!

I was impressed. Normally BBQ buffets are not so good, but this was really good.
Buffet is $20 a person.
Plenty of selections, even a full salad bar.
My favorites were the Frog Legs, Shrimp, Hush Puppies, and the Ribs. But the star of the show was the Chocolate Cobbler. So many people get it wrong, but the was everything right. I will drive an hour back just for the Cobbler.
Pros: Friendly staff, the hush puppies, good selection, the chocolate Cobbler..
Cons: It’s not Memphis BBQ, The banana pudding.. that needs work.

When you in Sardis/Batesville, you have to eat at Burns! Great food! My husband loves the Ribeye Sandwich and I like their wings. They have a buffet as well. I like their fish and shrimp also!

This place is great! I had the most delicious ribeye steak. My husband had catfish filets. I also had their chocolate cobbler for dessert. If you’ve never eaten that dessert, you don’t know what you’re missing. It’s even better with ice cream on top! I love this family owned business. They make you feel welcome- almost like being a guest in their home for supper. The food is delicious, the service is great, the portions are generous… What more could you ask for?

First time for me… it was VERY GOOD!! I’m so full I feel like I’m gonna pop. I called in my order to go, it was done when I got there and the gentleman that checked me out was very nice. I got back to my office and prepared to eat. It looked wonderful and it was. I got the bbq plate with baked beans and fried green tomatoes. The sauce on the bbq was very good, I must remember to ask for extra of that next time, WOW!! Thanks guys for great food and reasonable prices.

I went for the Sunday buffet, so consider this a review of that only. You can choose to either order or get the buffet.
My group size: 2
Service: We were seated very quickly. There wasn’t any wait and there was enough table space that I don’t think it will ever be a problem. My server was very friendly, and was on top of getting refills and bussing the table. I personally hate having to wait for a check, but the nice thing about this place is that when you are ready to leave, you just go to the counter and tell them your table number to pay. This is a big plus in my book.
Food and Drink: Everything was very fresh. The food was delicious and they seemed to constantly be paying attention to if anything was getting low on the buffet. As soon as I grabbed the final roll someone said they’d replace them and before I left the buffet bar there were more. The drinks (soda and tea at least) are served in a really large cup where I actually didn’t need a refill the entire time I was there. It was evident that the server was still paying attention though, so this is a plus.
Variety: They have a full salad bar, and dessert on the buffet. The variety of food isn’t HUGE, but when I went they had 3 different meats, fried chicken, beef stroganoff and BBQ pork chops. Although that’s only 3 meats, it was a wide range. They also had sides including fried squash and mashed potatoes, along with veggies and rolls/cornbread. I don’t think you’ll have any issue finding something you will like.
Cleanliness: Everything seemed to be very clean. I don’t have much to say about this, so take that as a good sign.
Location: Take a left off of I55 south and out will be on your left. It seemed busy when I went, and there was still plenty of parking. Very easy to get to, and plenty of parking.
Overall I was very happy with my visit and plan on coming back again. Especially if you love in Senatobia, it’s worth the drive considering it’s only about 10 minutes away taking the interstate.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The owner of this place posted some very displeasing things on Facebook from the business page. He talked about how he had to raise prices on his food and somehow it’s the democrats fault. Not the fact that we are still in a pandemic or the fact that food prices for everyone has risen. He simply blamed it on democrats and publicly wrote on his business page to “ Vote Republican!!!!” I felt that was tacky and out of order. I’m guessing he doesn’t want democrats patronizing his business. When I commented on it to let him know that’s not how you conduct business another of his Fb friends went on to saying horrible things about liberals and Mr. Burns agreed with his statements. Mr. Burns then realized he was wrong so he tried to delete the status, but I screen shot it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat at this place.
