I have come to this location multiple times in the morning on the way to my kid’s school drop off. My kid’s always happy with his donut, and I frequently order the 6-piece hashbrowns, which I haven’t been disappointed with. Their blue raspberry coolatta is always really good, as well as their hot oatmilk lattes (I usually get French vanilla swirl shots w/ toasted almond… wish white chocolate was a year-round option!) I always order by drive thru. Even if the line is long, it never takes long to move, as service has been speedy every time I’ve come. Staff has always been rather friendly, aside from one time I came and the guy didn’t say much to me upon handing me my order, but I think he may have just been distracted/busy since this same guy was friendlier the next time I came. One of the women at morning drive thru is always super kind and asks how my day is going/wishes me a good day, but I don’t know her name unfortunately. Overall, good customer service here and I’ll continue to come to this location/would recommend to anyone in the area. ☺️

I actually at this location I went through the drive-through. It was easy to order my food and I felt like they had it out pretty successfully and the staff was actually really nice but as far as the food was concerned, I got the six dollar combo first of all, they only gave me three Hashbrowns and they were burnt up then I had like the bagel, egg bacon sandwich. It was cold and my stuff was not done and they simply just handed it out the window like that now I did like the coffee that was the best part of the whole deal it was very fresh and I really enjoyed it and I wouldn’t mind getting it again but everything else I would just have to get donuts and nothing else. Their food was not that good but the Customer Service was nice.

Best Dunkin and coffee place in the area. Love the staff, they are always quick and IF you have to wait a few minutes for your food they are always apologetic. Morning crew is definitely friendlier than the night crew but I love them all lol

I usually order the Sourdough sandwich and ask to have it toasted just like in the photo, posted all around the store and on the marquis in the drive thru. It always comes out warm and not toasted. Here it came out exactly as ordered, couldn’t believe it. Added my snack n bacon to my sandwich and enjoyed every bite. This proves it can be done. All you other Dunkin donuts- step it up. This store has it together to satisfy the customer. Hurray!

Ordered an ice cream cake for my best friend, it’s her most favorite cake. I spent $80.00 on the second largest size, it fed everyone with lots left over, with 25 guests at the party. The cake was gorgeous, sooo pretty, she loved it! (*I edited my pic and smudged out her name, for privacy) The cake box is cute and happy, the board the cake was placed on was very sturdy, I really appreciated that. The cake flavor was chocolate, ice cream was Oreo and it was delicious mmmm! I am super satisfied and will order from them again! Thank you BR for helping to make my friends birthday so special!

I normally have nothing bad to say about Dunkin Donuts, but today they made me pay a dollar for no Ice and my drink was still not even full like this is why I asked for no Ice.

I ordered a cold brew coffee and they literally filled my cup 80% full of ice. I did not order ice with 3 oz of coffee, I ordered coffee. Huge rip off. Always ask for no ice or you will be paying for ice. I should have said “I didn’t order ice. Please make me a new one with coffee, and barely any ice”, but I was sorta caught by surprise and didn’t slow down to think about it.
