The pizza is excellent when hot. My last five deliveries took over an hour. When the pizza arrived, it was warm/cold. A hot Dominos is much better than a cold Jets. I will not order another pizza from here again.

Excellent pizza! Hand-tossed round is very good, but Detroit-style deep dish is hands down the best. You can definitely taste the high-quality ingredients and toppings.
Update 07/2025: Finally made it back, lots of great online deals. Three-topping (went with pepperoni, sausage, and green peppers) and chicken bacon ranch were both great! Also loved the massive and delicious Greek salad!

I was on my way home and I asked my wife if we want pizza, she said it sounds good, I said well then let’s get about some action we’re going to Jets. I’ve had Jets before it’s always been good. I used to say it’s like the local Little Caesars but it couldn’t be more far from the truth. I walked in the Jets and I was a little early I waited maybe 2 minutes and out came the pizza. When I tell you that Jet himself must have been in there making this pizza, it was that good. I had an existential revelation when I’ve bit into the Krispy crust. Best pizza ever, I’m a Virginia Beach native and I’m telling you this is the best.

Customer service is always great. I get the XL BBQ chicken pizza Detroit style with no bacon. I highly recommend the turbo crust. IT IS SO GOOD!!!

I had an odd experience here as a first time visitor. I decided to try it since it is down the street and they offer gluten free options. I used the website and it states on there to indicate if you have an allergy. I noted that I had a wheat allergy. I placed an order for a gf pizza for me and a regular pizza for my partner. I received a call from them after placing the order. I didnt know it was them because the caller ID says “our dream”. At least they left a message? It said we cant tell if the gluten free pizza has wheat or not.
My first thought…um what? You serve gf pizzas but you dont know what’s in it? The person that answered didn’t even know what that means. I said well, gf means there is no wheat. The website says to note an allergy so you can take extra precautions. The response was – oh ok. So I decided I would try it and told them to make it and deliver it as requested.
It was delivered in 2 separate boxes. One just slightly bigger than the other. Neither was marked. I had to call them AGAIN. The person that answered the phone could not tell me which pizza was the gluten free one. She had to get someone else on the phone. They didnt know what I was talking about. I said, well they are 2 different sizes. Is it the smaller one? Them – Oh, um, yeah.
So I tried it with my Epipen next to me. The taste was amazing but I will probably think twice before I order here again since no one at the location seems to know what is going on.

Ok so i had to give this place a review, because it is very necessary.. I’ve been all over the lower 48 and i have never had a pizza that made me groan from the pure pleasure i got when i took my very first bite… i still don’t know exactly what it is that makes this pizza stand out the way it does, but i will never order from another pizza spot again, as long as these guys are around.. and if i do, it’ll only be for variety’s sake.. GUYS!!! Go try this pizza.. especially the Detroit style… In my opinion, it’s the best… period

The pizza used to be amazing but unfortunately the past 2 times I have ordered I have waited over 2 hours to get the pizza delivered basically cold. This past time yes it said they were busy and it might take longer but it was 2 1/2 hours of waiting for delivery and it was not good pizza. Cold and we think the ranch made my husband and I sick.

Best chain pizza ? Yup. Detroit style is delicious. We in NJ call this style Sicilian. But whatever you call it. It is fantastic. Quick devilery and again flavor for days. Get the turbo crust. Trust me.

It’s Jet’s. IYKYK. I frequented Jet’s in Michigan when I lived there. If you’re reading this review, I’m not sure why, just go and enjoy the deep dish. Order ahead on the website was easy. I wish it was closer to where I live in the 757.
