Don’t go during lunch rush unless you want to wait a long time. Staff doesn’t speak English proficiently so they are hard to understand unless you speak Spanish which I wish I did. They seem nice but are overwhelmed by large rush of customers and a large customer was being rude to them.

Update 1/17/26: Second time now within 2 weeks feeling mcdonalds at 9pm. Its closed.
Update1/27/26, placed mobile order, accepted, receipt sent to my email, go to macdons its 10pm, they closed at 11pm, the building is all closed down. Yikes.. went to BK, will figure out if you charged me or not

They don’t deserve even 1 star. I was givien a severly undercooked quater ponder and when I called the store and spoke to the manager, he offered me to replace the meal without even offering an apology or showed any concer that uncooked raw ground beef could make me and my family sick. When I stress to him that this unexceptable, he said what else he can do but to give me another QP. Very sad, if the manager of such big brand name does not know how to resolve a serious issue like this.

The drive-thru was closed at 8 AM, so I had to go inside. The line was super long, and there were only like three people working, with just one person taking orders and handing them out. Some people even left with only half their order, and others just gave up because they waited too long.

Horrible Lacation
I waited over 10 mins in curbside for my food. Which I never got. I finally drove around to the speaker to see why it was taking so long and the manager said they were short staffed. He also stated that the food been ready. I requested a refund and the hiring manager stated he don’t know how to do refunds because he just started. I’ll dispute the charges with my bank to get my money back. This location is HORRIBLE!

Went through the drive thru today. Ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffins. Got home and they forgot the egg on both of them. The problem is the people taking the order. They barely speak let alone understand English. Don’t ask them a question. You’ll get an answer that has nothing to do with what you just said. They just smile and shake their head and say yes. This is and has been an issue with this location. They only have Hispanic workers at this location. The food looked and tasted horrible anyhow. Threw away the second sandwich.

Ordered a Big Mac meal but got this instead. I get that I ordered a large order but how do you mess up an entire meal? The fact that a Big Mac is the #1 on the menu and I get this is ridiculous. Good to know that next time I come to this McDonald branch, I shouldn’t order a Big Mac because all I’m going to get is a chicken patty with stale buns. Whoever made this knew what they were doing.
