I placed a mobile order today 11/21. I pulled up to the drive thru, no one talked until I said “hello” and the guy told me to wait 5 minutes, no context. When I eventually was told to pull forward, I waited so long in the drive-thru (about 10 minutes) even though there were only 2 cars in front of us. When I finally got home and opened my Whopper I noticed the bottom bun was burnt. Really dissatisfied with my experience, I tried contacting support but I don’t think anything will happen.

No atmosphere here nobody was at the restaurant other than drive thru. When Infirst came here service was excellent! But lately it has fallen off. It seems if you aren’t a parent and you tell them you want to dine in, they still bag it for to go – sad they don’t listen to their customers. Asking for a tray was like a major burden to them here – moving to another BK this one when I first came here, told them I was a new regular but not when I get service like this.

I ordered mozzarella sticks and they weren’t cooked at all. Like at all. I bit into it & it’s hard. Also the guy up front didn’t know how to do half card half cash so the drawer will be over at end of the night. He’s nice , but my food got messed up.

The issue is when ordering and there are more than one person in the car. The people will only allow one order in the drive thru and force you to come in if there are two orders. If I am on lunch this is a major inconvenience. Not to mention it’s 2025, Have it your way! Is not the vibe. Common sense take a order then take the next order. He said it’s BK policy? Is this true BK, your policy is to cause a delay or someone to get out of there car to come in. Or be forced to pay for someone else meal. Bs.

The best Whopper jr I’ve had in years. Very well done, just the right touch on ingredients to make it so moist and delicious. Kudos to the person who made it for me. Also, Julie at the window was awesome. I haven’t laughed and had that much fun in a long time. Such a great personality. Infectious laugh. Please pat her back, give her a raise for being such a valuable employee (and my sandwich maker as well!).

Getting a simple “REFUND” is foreign to those so called workers I wasn’t aware that they’re under new management rbi (restaurant brand international ) which is a Canada based company have made a major merger deal with them Popeyes, firehouse subs, and Tim Horton and all of a sudden they don’t know how to carry out a simple refund which is laughable and a bit sad one of them has a major attitude she even threatened to call the police like for what? Nobody was sassing her or anything she just didn’t want to solve the problem. I asked for corporate number they’re no longer in service. I called earlier today spoke to the manager ONCE her name is Ashley she said she’ll take care of it then return my call and crickets, tried to do it online but you’re only speaking to a lifeless computer. That’s it customer service is dead. Sorry for the run on sentence but this is crazy frustrating and now I know why their business is hurting.

we went here around 1130 pm and had to wait nearly 20 minutes just to order, and the worker was being super difficult so it took another 20 minutes just to order. then we had to wait another 20 minutes at the window just to pay and another 25 minutes to get our food. we were missing half of our order, had to ask 6 different times for the missing items only to find out we were still missing items when we got home, and we never got pur boo bucket. it shouldnt take nearly an hour and a half and 6 cars in line, which 2 left between ordering and the window, for service. our order wasnt even that complicated and it was $10 more than the app said it would be and theres no justification for that on the receipt.

They got my order wrong! Over charged me and the incorrect sandwiches was cold but I was under time constraints and had no choice but except it.
