Used to be pretty efficient but the last two weeks I’m always waiting 25+ minutes in the drive through for a mobile order. Usually it’s just a large coffee, just seems like a waste of time and money at this point. I’m sitting in the drive through now and have ample time to post this review. Always get a Croissant smothered in butter and a mocha ice coffee 3 cream 3 sugar 3 mocha and it’s delish. Every time the customer service is great! Only downfall is the set up with drive thru. If someone gets tired of waiting in the drive thru line they try and go around the vehicles in line and with the dumpster area right there it’s a tight fit. Someone gonna end up getting hit. Need a sign saying 1 lane or like no passing back there.

During my recent visits, I have consistently experienced unprofessional and discourteous behavior from the staff. My orders are frequently inaccurate and delayed. Furthermore, when these errors occur, the team offers no apology or resolution to address the inconvenience.
I am also deeply concerned regarding the lack of hygiene at this location. I have observed that the floors and counters are consistently unmaintained, and staff members often appear unkempt and do not wear gloves while handling items.
Due to these ongoing issues, I no longer feel comfortable patronizing this establishment and will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope you will take the necessary steps to improve the standards of this location for the benefit of other customers.

It’s a decent Dunkin donuts where the coffee always seems fresh and the food is what’s expected from fast food. My 2 biggest gripes about this particular Dunkin donuts is you better have plenty of time to stop and not be in a rush. It could take 15 minutes just to get a coffee and bagel and that’s with nodoy in front of you. My other gripe is the fishing for tips. Instead of taking your card through the drive through they hold the card reader out the window and the first thing it ask for is a tip. I haven’t given one yet nor will I as long as this continues. If you want tips offer faster service and tips will come.

I ordered donuts and a cup of ice at this Dunkin, but the service was terrible. The worker handed me the donuts and didn’t give me the ice. I waited, and when she came back I told her I was waiting for a cup of ice. She gave me a rude look and said in a tone like, “A cup of ice!?” then told me to make another order just for that. Another employee finally gave me the cup of ice but also looked annoyed.
It’s not that hard to give decent customer service—especially for something as simple as ice. Definitely disappointed with the attitude here.

Around 12:50 something close to 1:00pm on Saturday 12/13/25. I was in the drive thru at this location. When I was ready to place my order the person on the intercom told me one moment, and that moment turned into almost 10 minutes of waiting!!! I then said “HELLO?”, the person responded, One moment we’re really busy right now, I have other people in front of you that we’re trying to take care of”…..WRONG ANSWER! I didn’t say anything, and I just drove off because I really can’t believe he said that…THEN, when I drove off there was only one car at the window?!! Smh. You never tell a customer that! You suppose to apologize for the inconvenience, we’ll be with you shortly”. That’s what you suppose to say! Please do better with the service..

Most of the employees lack the skill to talk to people normally, they’re always rude or have an attitude when having to do the jobs they literally signed up to do. There’s a certain crew that’s super sweet, but it doesn’t help the fact that majority of the staff are just rude. The manager is really sweet, however she needs to do something about her staff.

***** Awesome Brand Representation****** I ordered from another location via the mobile app on Thanksgiving morning and turns out that location on 103rd Street is closed today and no one was able to help me via the corporate line. I decided to drive a mile away and see if the other location near us had been pushed the order and they fulfilled it. To my surprise Ms Bianca the store manager on duty had not received the order but stopped her crew gathered them together and fulfilled my order on the spot with no questions asked. Not often do you see a great representation of overall decency but customer service and brand representation. This one is at the top of the list for today. Definitely give them your business folks………………………………….So glad this location was there. Very convenient but kind of hidden. It’s right around the corner from my wife’s work so it’s going to be easy to access. Staff was very nice and location was very clean. Very fast service just watch out when you’re exiting because it’s a little tough to get in and out of. Overall five stars. I’ll definitely be visiting there again. Cold coffee fix for sure
