We have eaten at panda plenty of times in the state but this one is our new favorite… Ryan and a team behind the wok did an amazing job when you first walk in the restaurant, you’ll notice how clean it is as well as when you approach the counter. We’ve been to many pandas and sometimes when you get there there are quite a few things they’re out of not here. Upon getting to the counter all of the bowls were full, looked fresh and everything was clean. After placing our order, one of the items I wanted was a few minutes out. We were asked if we had a problem waiting. We said no. As we paid for our order, we both ordered Waters but were told we could have a complimentary drink while we waited. For being as busy as it was, the restaurant was actually quite quiet. We got our table and only had to wait probably a minute before Ryan came around the corner with our meals. Piping hot. Plenty of food spiced just the way we like good and hot… Everything was fresh and tasted amazing. We had a bowl and a plate. The bowl was wok fire shrimp The plate was wok fire shrimp and The sweet fire Chicken. I had noodles and greens. She had noodles and rice…. A pretty steady stream of people entered and exited as they were busy behind the counter, but a line never formed. If you’re on your way through wilsonville or you live here and you like Panda, this is the one to go to… If you haven’t tried Panda and you’re in the area or driving through definitely stop in here and give it a whirl…. We get down this way quite often and believe me we will definitely stop in again….

Ordered out. Very quick service and good quality food. The servers were willing to do a favor. The bathrooms were clean and modern.

The food is fine – not great, but OK. And I appreciate that the dining area is kept very clean. One thing I subtracted a star for is that they don’t serve food on plates if you are dining in. Instead, all food (dine-in and carry out) is served in styrofoam containers. Seems cheap and wasteful.

While I was standing in line at Panda Express, the employee named Eunice repeatedly touched the food with her bare hands — including the food in my container. When I brought this to her attention, she angrily grabbed my container and threw it into the trash with force.

She then denied touching anything, despite the fact that I clearly saw her using her bare hands to grab chow mein and noodles directly from the food tray — without gloves. This is a serious violation of food safety protocols.

Immediate action must be taken — otherwise someone could get seriously ill or even die from such unhygienic practices. People who behave this way should not be allowed to handle food under any circumstances.

I am a former chef and food service worker, and I know how dangerous and unacceptable this is. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Oregon Department of Health and Food Safety.

Sincerely,
A loyal Panda Express customer

Went through the drive thru around 9PM. They made my order fresh and offered a free fountain drink for the extended (extra 5 minute) wait.

Perfect meal for the long roadtrips! Always good and good value. Our go to, honey walnut shrimp, mushroom chicken and teriyaki chicken. Like they don’t ask for tip like some other fast food places. 1pm Sat, no lines and had good service. Haven’t had a bad experience at Panda yet, cross our fingers! 🙂

Went to the drive-thru. Spent about 15 minutes behind ONE car which only had one bag. I drove off about 5 minutes to eat my food and was cold.
The person at the window did not greet nor apologize for the wait. Visited 7/30/25 at 1:10pm my card was charged(Managers should be able to conclude who was in the drive-thru during this time.) Managers should carefully choose wisely to who is interacting with customers as this impacts on customers wanting to return or not. He who was in the window gave me my food and shut the window and left, which I found very rude. This boy needs to learn manners.

The young man at the window made a mistake and did not give me a receipt. I pointed out the sign that said the meal, a $10.30 plate, would be on them. He came back with a receipt. I pointed out the sign and read it to him. He left and brought the manager, Kristen, back, who told me I would not get the meal because I got a receipt. I pointed at the sign and said, “But that is not what the sign says.” She said, “I don’t know, what does the sign say,” so I read it to her. She responded, “Well, I am not giving you a meal. You got a receipt, I give you an appetizer, but that’s it.” Anyway, this went on, probably 10 to 15 minutes. It was ridiculous. My experience of her was that she was rude and argumentative. I could go on and on about the conversation but eventually she called someone (while several very angry customers waited behind me in the drive through) and after a few minutes she came back and asked for my reciept so she could refund me. Her tone and attitude took a complete about face. She behaved exactly as I would have thought a manager would have acted in the case from the beginning. She refunded my meal, and I quietly went on my way.

I am glad it is over. It goes without saying, I will not be going back to the Wilsonville, oregon Panda Express.

Really bad service, this is the first time it happened to me, there were 2 lazy guys in the back talking and no one serving only one guy doing the drive-thru and that guy told the 2 guys in the back that he needed help to serve the food, the guy took his time and he even ask before he serve the food, he said, are u paying with cash or card like saying that we don’t have money to pay, I feel that management need to be paying more attention to the attitude of their employees and train them or terminate their employment this happened like 2 hours ago
