This quaint local diner ( a former eat-in Pizza Hut ) is great, hometown cooking, if your tired of corporate type eateries this is the place to go in Security- Widefield area of Colo Springs. Only 2 miles from the airport. They have outdoor seating when weather permits. If you like dining with a Mountain view. There is a small bar within the restaurant.

Had the Cheese Kurds as an appetizer. Ordered the Denver Omelet and Pancakes. The food was awesome and they gave large portions. Kudos to the staff and management. I will definitely come back. Keep up the great work.Thank you for making this a positive experience.

Love this place its quiet and the food is really good I liked the mix of mac n cheese with the pulled pork and cole slaw in a wrap, the fries were so good with the sauce. Love the happy hour and that kids eat free on Sunday and Monday. The waitress was amazing super kind and fast. I will definitely come back and try more.

Been meaning to come here for sometime. Pretty small inside; one server for all the tables inside when I was there. Didn’t slow service at all though. Variety of options for everyone to choose from. Had a hard time deciding what to eat. Bloody Mary was okay. Prefer salt on the rim vs chamoy/tajin which I’m sure I could’ve mentioned. Of note, weekends, only 4$ for Bloody Mary/mimosa. The chicken potstickers were exceptional. First time eating them with a fork. Got the all American omelette (chicken fried steak, gravy, and side of smashed potatoes). Looks better than it actually tastes. The gravy tasted pretty bland unfortunately. Definitely needed to salt to taste. Overall, would like to come back to try other options on the menu.

This was a great experience. The food was very hot and fresh. They give service with a smile. Made sure our needs were meant. I recommend this place highly.
We had burgers and loaded pulled pork fries as an appetizer. Also had the chicken Mac and cheese you get a bite of chicken in every bite.

GO CHECK THEM OUT!

Some of the best food at a good price in the area. I highly recommend getting the hangover burrito it’s so good. I will say this would be a great place for a few drinks with friends or a nice first date. Brunch is always good. The staff is extremely friendly. If you’re just driving through this part of Colorado as well, I highly recommend stopping in. They also have a good challenge available and kids eat free on Sunday. Happy hour is priced at a nice 4 dollars and the menu is pretty impressive.

My husband and I went for dinner this evening. The atmosphere was great. The food was served hot and it was delicious! Our server was friendly and inviting. The prices were fair for the quality and quantity of food, that’s for sure. We want to try the Brunch now!! We will be back!

Appetizers are amazing, entrees are not good. Food lacks flavor, seasoning, culture. Vibe is what you make it, great music.

I’m from Wisconsin and the cheese curds at this place are the BEST I’ve had, that’s what gives this place any stars from me!

A solid comfort food spot. My kids loved the chicken fried steak — and I did too. The chorizo gravy was a great touch.

We asked about portion sizes and were told they were large, so we ordered two. In hindsight, we easily could’ve gone for three.

The mac and cheese with chicken was delicious, but if you’re getting it as your main, you’ll probably want something else alongside it.

Overall, a good experience — though elevating the atmosphere a bit could really enhance the vibe.

I would definitely give 4.5 stars if that was possible.

The gambler seems to be something a quick eater can accomplish. I’d say go for it.

The Packers play tonight, so on my way home from Flynn’s vet appointment in Springs I got cheese curds to go because I heard they were good. They did not disappoint! The cheese curds are battered, no breaded… yes there is a difference, and they squeak. . $12 for a MASSIVE portion. It’s served with a from-scratch spicy ranch. I’m a terrible midwesterner and hate ranch but my husband loves ranch and says it’s good. Looks like it was a Pizza Hut before converting into this restaurant. Would love to come back to dinner one day.
