Food Was Great!! Took my 6 year old daughter for her first cheesesteak and she descibed it as “Its like eating a dream!” she bragged about it so much that I returned 2 hrs later to pick one up for my wife. Great food and nice staff!! Keep it up fellas!!

The Philly is better than most but not the best I’ve had. Don’t take that as a negative comment, as this is actually one of the best restraunts in Parker. It looks like they use their own baked bread which is flavorful and not too dry.
The service was good and took a little bit of time for the food but it was expected.

Great Philly place. Uses the correct chewy Philly rolls. Has Birch beer available ( like root beer). Tastycakes on the counter. Everything a true Philly expert needs. Had the original, the pizza, and green chill cheese steaks. All were good but prefer the original. Meatball had great reviews from kids. Great prices as well.

As a Cowboys fan it was a little hard to walk into this place, but I was hungry! Philly sandwich was really good. The hogie bun was soft and delicious, and they didn’t shy away from making a good size Philly! The staff was chill and welcoming!

I’ve only eaten here once before and remember it being really good. This time around it was just OK. I ordered the mushroom Philly which has onions on it should have cheese as well right? I didn’t see any cheese on it. The steak had good sear and seasoning but I felt like the sandwich was very dry. I ordered the green chili cheese fries on the side. It came disassembled. I was expecting a green chili sauce I guess and it was just diced chilis. They were roasted so I appreciated that. The cheese unfortunately looked like it was straight from a can. Neon yellow and super thick. The fries alone had almost no seasoning and put together it was just OK at best. It was just one person running the show so my heart goes out to him as it looks like they are looking for employees, like everyone else. I’ll give it another try sometime but I won’t be rushing back.

Just a Jersey boy that hasn’t found a good cheesesteak since moving from being so close to Philly. That is until now!

Brewer was so helpful determining sandwich size and fry portions to choose from. The masters in the kitchen made a hot and delicious perfect cheesesteak and those fries were so crispy! I just wish I got a 12 inch over an 8. Love the coke especially cherry Coke and the nugget ice too!
The best part – and hardest part that others not out east with struggle on – which makes or breaks a good cheesesteak is the bread (like dough for pizza) and man this bread here is absolutely PERFECT!
We also got a to go order and now I will definitely have to try the Italian hoagie now too as I can’t find a good one of those anywhere either but my kid loved theirs. Oh and I’ll have to get an Italian roast pork too!
We will definitely be back! A lot!

Absolutely phenomenal. My husband and I came in for the first time Saturday and I got the American Hoagie and he got the traditional Philly. Meat was cooked perfectly and the customer service was awesome. Younger college kids working on a Saturday and they were so sweet. We will definitely be back. Thanks for having the games on the TV’s as well!

I am from New York and have been to Philly multiple times, also eaten Philly cheesesteaks countless times in Manhattan. This was very good, next time I will order double cheese just for a little extra juiciness. It was made really fast and there was a good amount of meat inside. My four kids loved it and I will definitely be back again.

Best Phillys in CO, always on point. The new firestarter Philly is… just that, fire. It was quite spicy but not overpowering, and the blend of hot peppers they use adds quite a bit of complexity and flavor as well.
