BEST taco truck in Katy, Tx . Authentic Mexican food, great service & great atmosphere!
We ordered at one window & by the time we went to pay, we had our tacos being given to us. Little to no wait for your food & the atmosphere, despite being behind a gas station & off the freeway.. is awesome ! They also have a salsa cart that has a variety of different salsas to try & pickled cucumbers & onions. We had 2 tacos de fajita. A torta de fajita. 2 quesadillas (one of chicken the other of fajita) & 2 agua frescas (melón & sandía) & it was soooo good. There are more food trucks & carts near by to try something different also or just to drink/ snack. I will forever recommend this place for authentic grab & go real Mexican food in Katy. My daughter rates it a “100/100”

If you want some actual authentic Mexican street food, this is the place to go to. I have been coming here for years and it always hits after a long day of work. The barbacoa tacos are so good that it melts in your mouth.

The food here is beyond delicious. I’m a fairly new customer that I can honestly say that since I’ve tried their food specifically their torta the first time I ever tried it. I went back four days in a row that’s how incredibly delicious their food is not to mention their aquas Frescas are just as tasty. I recommend 10 out of 10! Chefs Kiss!

What’s more to ask for. The food is great, great atmosphere and the service is so fast and efficient. Location is prime, behind the gas station never would expect this gem. Definitely going to have to come back to try more.
I got the Barbacoa burrito and let me tell you. It was so good, not too juicy but tons of flavor. Green salsa was spicy in the best way.

A delicious experience in Tacos Toluca! This place is ideal for lovers of authentic tacos. I ordered some tacos al pastor and suadero, and both were full of flavor. The meat was juicy, well seasoned and the freshly made tortillas were a plus. The green sauce chopped just enough, although the red one is for the brave .
The atmosphere is simple but cozy, perfect for a quick meal or a casual outing with friends. The service was friendly, although a little slow at rush hour. The prices are reasonable, with generous portions that leave you satisfied.

The food here is amazing! If the owner sees this one thing I would love to see is chicken Al pastor street tacos as an option. I would definitely eat here more frequently if that is made available.

Its the best place to eat in katy for Mexican food and late eats. Food is good location is kind of hard for parking. My only thing of noting: that I explained my order without certain items and it still had it when I got home. I would still return overall.

Cool place! Pretty unique, totally outdoors. The tacos were excellent, the service was fast — long line, but it moved quick. $2 tacos, but they’re super small so you’ll want about $12 worth for a meal. The salsa is lined up from most to least spicy, which was cool! The outdoor seating was great! So unique, makes this place like a tourist attraction.

I will definitely come back to try the other meats. The fajita is very finely cut into small pieces and the tacos are small street taco size. I will try the other salsas because the green one had no flavor.
