Everything seemed fine. Paid $30 for 8 tacos and two things of chips and cheese. Got home to terribly made tacos that were not right even in the slightest.

Not sure why non customers gave bad reviews because they were not allowed to use the bathroom, get real. The food was hot and fresh and got it fast. Tasted great, place was clean and staff was very friendly. There was a line while I was eating and with-in like 5 minutes they had their food and were out the door. Great taco bell!

We came in and had to use the bathroom. The lady said u gotta buy food before we could go to bathroom. I said we are buying food. And she said no bathroom till u place an order and pay. She was one of the rudest women ever!! And had to wait for 20 mins for our food.
The only reason we didn’t walk out and tell her to kick rocks. Was because our son just got done with boot camp and wanted Tacobell.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS TACO BELL until they get a better manager. We had a choice to go anywhere, and I’m a taco bell addict. Unfortunately, I was wiggle dancing and I pleaded to get the key to the bathroom. Manager says you need to purchase first. I’m like I will but I Really need to go. Nope, not until you make a purchase first (with a bit of snap in her voice) Whatever, I will find a bush over this. Instead, I went to the gas station. Then I made a purchase at the gas station that I originally wasn’t going to enter because we got off the highway FOR TACO BELL. Vera at the gas station was super kind to me, and first thing she asked “was the taco bell mean to you”. That comment right there meant someone needs to know.
Coming from a full family of military community, we understand rules and regulations. Rules shouldn’t be so strict to leave out the human element. A good manager would be able to recognize the difference. Also, somewhere along the way when taco bell started using kiosks, they seem to think they no longer need to teach customer service. Your kiosk shouldn’t mean we won’t treat you with kindness and respect.
Not only did I make my purchase at the gas station, but we got our lunch across the street at Zaxby’s where we were greeted with a sweet, kind, and joyful man who immediately turned around my mood from that frustrating altercation. That location might not care they missed out on a $40 order, but if enough people stops tolerating callous employees, maybe Taco Bell or the lot owner will take notice. I will continue to love on Taco Bell at other locations, but I will mark this location in my maps as one to not go, and tell my friends and family who travel this route frequently.

My finacé just went in there to use the restroom, he has kidney pains and travels a lot for work. So he stops here in a hurry and they REFUSED him the key to the bathroom without paying for food first. He had to buy a taco just get the bathroom key. Denying a human bodily function just cause your taco bell makes no money is down right immoral. Shame on you! Have some human decency. Absolutely absurd!

We stopped in the middle of our roadtrip for lunch. I got a chicken quesadilla with sour cream and nacho fries. I took these pictures about halfway into eating my meal so they are not representative of the portions I got. The inside was open through the kiosk ordering station, which was easy to do, and the food came out within minutes. The food was made correctly and the workers were great. The food is pretty inexpensive as long as you get a few items, and they are filling. The only issue that we encountered was they did not have a restroom open because they’re in the process of renovating it. All in all, I had a pleasant experience here.

The food was okay. It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at Taco Bell, but it does seem that the quality has dropped a bit. Also inflation seems to have caused smaller quantities for the cost.

Went in stood there 10 minutes. White girl at the booth I guess on her break on the phone. Young black girl in the back on the phone. Bigger black girl in the back doing nothing. Not one person said anything to me. As I was walking out I stated is anybody working three times? They all ignored me absolutely ridiculous

Arriving, I parked my car in front of Taco Bell, planning to eat here, but I urgently needed to use the restroom first. The women working there refused to let me use it until I ordered food! Honestly, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location — I’ll go to another Taco Bell instead. ️

Walked in to order and use the restroom, the employee sitting at a customer table told us we had to use the electronic kiosk, I asked if we could use the restroom, was told we had to order first, I said I would order and could she let my 71 year old father use the restroom to which she repeated “you have to order first” so would not even let him use it while I was navigating all the digital kiosk (could have ordered in 1 minute if she could have gotten up and helped us) so after done I walked over to the restroom waiting for the key that never came, when I asked if I could get in now I was told key is on the counter and made me walk back to get it and she sarcastically said “have a blessed day” as I shook as my head and said have a blessed day huh, confused by being treated so rudely in a Taco Bell. She then made some more rude comments insinuating I didn’t believe in god. This was really disappointing. She was chit chatting with the associate in the kitchen about being excited about going on vacation. No other customers were there or came in while we were there. Take our order, hand us the key and skip the sarcastic rude comments please.
