Understaffed, waited for a long time (over 20 minutes in line with one couple ahead of us)to even order, orders were wrong, workers yelling at each other. The girl in drive thru was their only saving grace.

I stopped here to get a Dave’s Single Cheeseburger, but when the person at the drive thru asked if I wanted to take advantage of their 2 for $7 deal, I said yes and added in a small order of French fries.
The food was decent, but because I got sidetracked, I forgot to say no condiments, so I ended up with ketchup (and I think mayo?), which I am not a fan of.
I like my food and prefer it without any condiments.
The fries were just not up to par – not crispy and somewhat cold. I like em hot and crispy.
The staff is nice.
The area is busy. Entering the parking lot is a little tricky.

Only fast food place open past 11pm-12am so that’s how I ended up there. I ordered 3 ITEMS. They forgot the main one and I didn’t realize until I got back to where I was staying. So now 2x there and back. Wasting gas. I paid cash otherwise I would of just said refund the card. But I get there and to be kind and making me come back in the rain 2x now, you’d figure they’d refund me and give me my item for free or add a free item. But nope. Just here you go. No sorry. No nothing. Wouldn’t recommend unless super hungry and they’re only place open.

Only Wendy’s I ever go to that is not fresh! Spicy chicken sandwich was completely undercooked today, can’t even eat it. Cinnabon bites are so cold the icing is a big lump on top and they’re hard. They are friendly in there, but the food is rarely ever fresh!! Disappointing!

Edit: it has been one year since I posted my review below and the parking lot is still in disrepair. There are potholes all over the Wendy’s parking lot now.
I only go during lunchtime, so that’s I will review. The drive thru line can get very long and can sometimes be very slow. Today was pretty fast. The service is good, and the employees are very nice and courteous. The food is usually fresh and hot at lunchtime, and they get the orders right every time. The only issue I have with this Wendy’s is the entrance. There is a giant pothole on the Berlin Rd. entrance. Be very careful driving in, it’s the type of pothole that will destroy a wheel/tire or suspension if you’re not careful. Please repave/patch the potholes!

We ordered a wrap and another wrap meal and the wraps came ripped. They gave us yesterday‘s chicken like they never even put effort into. Making it the way it’s supposed to be it was lazy and rushed, and it seemed like they just did not care I came here previously, and I was the same way

This Wendy’s def needs to hire more people. I had to sit and wait almost 15 mins for a chicken sandwich. My salad I ordered tasted good, but was cold by the time I got home because that came out first before my husband’s chicken sandwich.
