What an amazing evening?! Just a beautiful place to host my parents 50th Anniversary. I’ve met Christina throughout the years as my server to now the manager and she made sure everything was a delight for us. She took care of us and made sure she said goodbye before we left. She makes us feel like family every time we’re at Rick Erwins and gives me her time when I have a question.
Shannon has been a blessing to have serving us with her positive attitude when we were planning the event to the day of the event. She made sure everyone was satisfied and went above and beyond to make sure she was available for any extras we needed. Whit who was also one of our servers rose to the occasion when I requested more ranch came back within seconds, SECONDS to give me my ranch. Anything anyone needed the team worked together to make sure we were all satisfied. I can’t leave out McCown who made sure my water was always full. I let him know I love water from the beginning and he made sure my water never went below half glass. What an awesome team! I love coming to RE Eastside because I feel like they listen and care about everyone’s happiness. This place feels like heaven. Thank you Rick for having wonderful establishments in the Upstate!!

What a great experience tonight. Jay was the servers assistant and so attentive as we were being seated. Shannon was our server and we could not ask for better service. She was so pleasant to deal with. Gave us time to enjoy our apps before serving our entrees. The food was cooked to perfection. I had the special; sea bass. It needs to be on menu permanently. My husband and son had the filet and were very pleased with the fact it was cooked as they requested.

The food, as always, is exceptional, and the service is second to none. The staff is attentive and professional, making every visit feel special. The food, the service, the atmosphere.. chef kiss. The BEST steak, Mac n cheese is amazing and the Brussels sprouts are even delicious (and I don’t even like them!!). Kat was our server, she was just as great as the food- so attentive and sweet! This place never disappoints!

I have only one negative comment concerning the service! Overall the experience was great, however the ancillary wait staff were hovering close by in an attempt to clear dishes as soon as possible even if the patron was not finished. Our main waiter (Sydney) did a wonderful job! The fact that the owner (Rick Erwin) was on site interacting with patrons may have had an effect on the a heightened level of attention to detail, which was not needed. Have always had great service at Rick Erwin’s .

Amazing experience! We accidentally went to the wrong location for our reservation but they still got us in and our server Greg Strange was incredible! Super welcoming and helpful with the menu! 20/10 we will be requesting Greg for our next visit!
