Lord have mercy! This is not your average Pizza hut! Food, service was outstanding! I can’t ever remember getting a pizza before from another Pizza Hut anywhere & the bottom crust was crispy! The bone-in wings were fantastic! I would highly recommend! In my hometown, there are no more Pizza Huts. They would have made it if they would have been as good as this Pizza Hut location in Lafayette, Georgia.

I would just like to point out that their food costs more than domino’s while the quality is lower than little Ceasars. My kids prefer their sauce so that’s why I picked there tonight but…. yall I watched the cashier raise her voice at the lady in front of me while giving an attitude. I thought it was gonna pop off lol now she was nice to me and I understand being overwhelmed but definitely feel like she could have handled the situation better. My order was put in online and was scheduled to be done by 7:20. I didn’t get it until 7:50 which i understand maybe they were busy earlier so no biggie. But for my order to be late and then not be correct is just lazy. My melt was burnt and had almost no buffalo sauce in it which fine I had some sauce to add to it at home but it was pretty burnt. My hand tossed cheese was a pan instead. Again not a huge deal whatever the kids still ate it but my pizza with balsamic drizzle having NO DRIZZLE? okay come on you guys. I paid extra for that and it’s not an item I keep in my house normally. I was so looking forward to that ugh. So between the wait time, the cashier getting loud and rude with the woman in front of me, and my order being messed up??? That’s just bad business. Like if you’re gonna have lesser quality than cheaper pizzas andd worse attitudes along with the same wait time as Little Caesars you should at least price your stuff on that level you know. Unfortunately my kids prefer the sauce so I’m sure I’ll have to go back but imma be checking my pizzas for real next time.

Took a hour to get our order. 1 pepperoni pizza 12 wings and cinnamon rolls. $51??? No prices on the menu. Silver wear came to the table with orange grease on the rolled napkins. They were dirty and rolled up. Gross. Bathrooms were not good either paper towels were just sitting on the sink. I’m very disappointed. They were not busy at all only one other table in the restaurant. It’s Monday evening.

At first the experience was ok the waitress took our order ,but then half of our table got their order and they ordered more than we did but still got theirs , the waitress told us two to three different times that it was coming out the oven , we waited over a hour and everyone was done eating by the time we finally received our little medium pizza. This is just ridiculous I do not recommend this place to anyone if you are hungry.

Great food and service. They seemed to be short staffed and still making it happen. Getting food done in a timely manner while working fast and working their butts off! Also want to add a very rude person called while I was waiting wanting a refund or food remade and didn’t have a receipt or the number it was placed under, so they couldn’t look it up for him. I could hear him screaming and cussing at this young lady over the phone, and to be as young as she is, she handled that situation very well and professional. These people are working hard and doing their best to keep that place going and deserve a raise!

Took nearly an hour for 1 pepperoni pizza to be served to our table. The silverware was not clean at all. Very displeased with the dinner tonight. Well overpriced

We come here a lot. The food and service was great today however, the cleanliness was questionable. Almost all the tables had crumbs on them suggesting they hadn’t been wiped off. The ones that had been wiped off were sticky like the tables needed sanded down and resealed so they can properly be cleaned. The bathroom was not stocked with toilet paper. We had to ask for toilet paper. The floors were very messy with food. The place did not appear to be busy. We come here a lot and I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the restaurant today. It’s usually not like this.

Delicious pizza! but they do take a while to give you your order even if you call ahead and place an order. But it was worth the wait it was nice and fresh when we picked it up.
