It gave me and my father major food poisoning to the point of throwing up, feeling dizzy, hot flashes, headache, and more. Never go there. Plus it tasted like smoke and the service was horrible. This cannot be a real franchise store, service is horrible. They are always out of everything. Even the advertised limited time stuff they’re out of always. Woman taking orders is super rude and in a hurry, misses half the order and then blames it on you and they literally pull you around for ICE CREAM! This will definitely be my last time.

The cashier was nice even if he was a little discombobulated. He struggled with the order even though it was just a single burger with only ketchup and onions. The place was a little filthy and the other people that were working were lounging, one went shopping, and no one was cleaning. It just seemed like they were hanging out and not helping the ones that were working. It just wasn’t a welcoming atmosphere.

This is without a doubt, the dirtiest Dairy Queen – or in fact “operating restaurant” that I’ve ever been in. The level of neglect necessary to achieve this is truly impressive. The bathrooms (my wife concurred) appeared to have been last cleaned during the Carter Administration. The floor tile was so greasy that it was akin to walking on an icy sidewalk. The tables and counter tops were similarly greasy. We were going to take a break and sit for a while, but chose to sit in our car rather than the restaurant. I can only imagine the shape of the kitchen. I wonder if the Mississippi Board of Health inspectors have been there in this century.

We went through the drive thru. Female that took our order seemed to be bothered that we were placing an order. When we got to the window, we were met by a blonde female who was one of the most unpleasant workers we have ever encountered. She was extremely rude and had an attitude during the whole interaction. We will not be back

Today no cars in drive thru, I did not have to wait long. Blizzards too expensive, $5.60 for small one!! Don’t come often. Love Baskins & Robbins more, not as expensive. Fast forward to Feb.9, 2026. I am using the easy app often, service has greatly improved ( did hear they have new owners). My problem is that I have not been able to buy a cup cake, your new item!!! Have requested one four times. The first time, it seems the worker did not know what I was talking about, the second time I was told the lady who makes them was not there. The 3rd time I was told they didn’t have any; so, my question was “do you sell at this location, I was told “yes”. The fourth time (on a Friday), it would be on Tuesday!!!!!!!!!!! So, at that time I ordered a small Turtle Pecan blizzard, which was way too soft, so I politely asked if they would make another one, as I wanted what I paid for. The second one was made by another worker; it appeared they were new. After driving off, I opened the cup, and found out they DID NOT ADD PECANS, the taste was not good!! The cup had chocolate running down the outside!!

I am the leader of a school group that took a group through this area today. One of my students stopped at this restaurant and while he ordered a fries and blizzard they took his money for both but only gave him the fries. They claimed he never ordered a blizzard but they were perfectly willing to take the money for both. Two other students witnessed and confirmed what happened. I stopped by a few minutes later to clear up the issue and the lobby was now locked. It was 7 pm and the sign said the lobby closed at 10 pm. We approached the deive up window to speak to the employees. They told me that he never placed the order and they “checked their records.” I asked for their names and they refused to give them. They then slammed the door shut and walked away (see photo). Avoid. This place will take your money and not give you what you ordered.

Staff was horrible… blonde girl taking orders was very rude over the speaker and in person. I said “maam” because I didn’t hear what she said and she proceeded to speak louder but with a major attitude. Get to the window start getting my drinks and blizzards and our sneaker blizzard was just ice cream. We scrapped through it with the spoon even at the bottom to make sure it just didn’t mix well and there was nothing in it so I asked if they could fix it some boy in there said I guess I can fix it and slammed the window then proceeded to make the blizzard in a smaller cup than we ordered then slammed the window again after giving me the blizzard. Gravy was BURNT LITERALLY CRISPY on top from sitting in the heated line to long. Very disappointed will not go back. They honestly need to shut the place down get new management and restaff the restaurant train them properly then do a reopening. Highly disappointed.
