We just moved in to the area end of June 2025. We decided to stop in and check it out. The food is delicious. The bartenders are awesome and they really help bring a good time to the establishment. I have a bunch of food allergies and when I walk in the remember me and keep food separate from one another. Thats a huge plus for me! I usually only get the nachos and wow they melt in your melt. The philly cheesesteak is my wife’s favorite.

Wow! What a great place to grab a drink, relax, listen to music on random and be able to chat with friends old and new. You want to meet new friendly people? Yeah me too come to the Old Father Inn on Ina and meet friend bartenders, the chefs that make one heck of a hot wings and listen music of all kinds that will definitely get you pumped up to tear up a rug or in this case tile. Pool tables, dart boards, sports on tv and video games.

If you follow me you know I am a dive bar guy, this place hits all criteria. Good drinks, good food, friendly locals, a place to smoke, and add off track betting, I had to be dragged out of there, would still be there now. Nancy, the betting person was perfect and assisted me with every bet. This will be a stop again in the future. P.S actually won some money on the ponies.

Food was cold, & the service by Jade was the worst service we’ve had almost ever, the drinks took forever, the food took forever, probably why the food was cold & the drinks were warm, she clearly could care less, we’ve had good experiences over the years but this was so bad we may never come back.

We came here apparently when they were closed. But they were more then happy to help us and feed us. The food was the best I ever had, they had good music, clean restrooms, awesome staff. Will definitely come here again when I go in Tucson.

One of the best bars I’ve ever been to… The beer is ice cold, the food is great, pool, darts and a couple of video games… Biggest compliment I can give this place is good old fashioned honest people!!! My coworker left his wallet there and it was still there the next day!?!! WOW!!! Good people still exist and they come to this bar!!!! Definitely will continue to go there when I’m in Tucson working!!!! ❤️

Bartender ignored 3 people wanting drinks. We were within a few feet of her settling a tab with a guy. She walked away and was gone. Bathroom was extremely filthy, floors dirty. It looked like it had been many days since it was cleaned. I was going to order food, but not after seeing the place. Makes you think the kitchen was filthy too.

Second time visiting Oldfather, my husband and I came and had some drinks one night last year. Today on our day off before washing our laundry nextdoor, my husband said “let’s get something to eat Oldfather.” Both visits had great service, atmosphere and great food today. We both decided to start w/the combo platter and said we’d also order something else but it was very filling, delicious and great presentation. I really don’t care for mushrooms or onions but ate the fried mushrooms and onion rings had great flavor!

Good place to stop for a beer or drink. Very reasonably priced for a bar. It is like stepping back in time to 80’s sports bar. Very clean and well maintained restaurant. Food was very good, I really enjoyed my French Dip sandwich. Nicole was a really attentive server with a nice disposition and sweet smile.
