Great staff. Food came out quickly, was hot and fresh. I seriously can’t brag about the service enough. The manager was extremely friendly and was very nice to my children. They were very busy when we swung by and even through the storm they seemed to have everything down pat and to a rhythm.

One of the best blizzards I’ve had. Very well made videos. Was good. Service was decent enough fast. Was a little off the exit for my drive about half a mile each way was my only complaint but other than that great job staff was good.

Update: We went back for another Java chip and the coffee flavor is mild but you could taste it. You ca tell the management cares about their customers. The inside of restaurant is very clean. I would definitely return to this DQ.
We ordered the new Java chip blizzard. First it was pretty soft, they could not have served it upside down but it was very hot outside so I maybe the machine was having a hard time. But the taste of the blizzard, there was NO coffee flavor! One bite tasted a lot like caramel flavor but very mild after that and yes it was filled with chocolate pieces but they were just chocolate.
I didn’t look like the photo. It looked like vanilla. So I’m thinking they forgot the coffee part of it. I was going to turn around and take it back but I didn’t.
I would not get it again.

Signage is good for finding it from the interstate.
They gave my sundae extra hot fudge and acted like they were happy to do it.
My food was good. It wasn’t super fresh but definitely not stale.

On May 19th, I went through the drive-thru and wasn’t greeted but told to order when ready. Advised what I wanted & was told to pull around. Arrived at the window and my order wasn’t correct but the young lady corrected it. They forgot my daughter’s Strawberry Sunday but realized it was already made & on the counter. Arrived at home in Fort Valley only to find our burgers were incomplete (no lettuce, bacon wasn’t cooked, and given too many onions) and sloppy. Called but no one answered & didn’t want to drive the 15-20 mins back to Perry. The entire drive-thru and cooks need to be retrained.

The workers are very nice and polite here but not wearing a hairnet or at least have hair up high so it won’t fly all in to the food/shakes. That person was slinging head around making that hair extension or whatever flying all into the top of my milkshakes. . Very disgusting………..

My family and I stopped here while on a road trip for Blizzards. Our first cashier was very kind, patient, and helpful in making sure we got the deal from the mobile app to work, which i appreciated. But the primary reason I’m leaving a review is because another cashier – a young man I’d guess to be still in high school – took the time to ask if we were traveling, where from, etc. He was respectful and genuine, and it struck me how lost this simple form of communication is these days. I wish more people took little moments like these young employees did to be polite and kind and treat cusotmers as guests, not just as transactions.
