I live in the area a frequently grab a quick meal while on the go. I am always greeted nicely and they always get my order right. Their drive-thru demeanor is correct as they speak slowly, in a clear voice and repeat the order while it is displayed. They are quick, kind and attentive if you need more attention at the window. Good job staff, thanks for being professional and pleasant.

Employees try, but a bit dirty and soda is almost always out and bathrooms really suck due to the whole unisex situation. Never can find a decent clean bathroom since woman have to share with men…. back to Jack, restrooms have keys now , so that’s a better change! Very nice visit today, everybody polite and great service

The service horrible they took so long to make my order when I was the only one there. Aside from a guy who had his food already! The drink machine did not have any ice. Also the flavor drinks tasted like water no gas or flavor. We try 4 different flavors and they were tasteless. I told the employee’s and they acted like they didn’t care

Please be careful ordering from this restaurant. The cook and order taker seemed to be under the influence while at work. I received someone else’s order. After I complained about the service I was advised to be quiet and just let them fix it. Thanks but no thanks.

Nice people. I was there around 1:30p.m. Not busy. I bought a grilled chicken salad and it was delicious with the vinegarette dressing. I also ordered onion rings that were cooked to perfection and were also delicious. The restaurant was clean…tables wiped off, floors clean and swept and trash where it should be. Outside was clean and trash picked up. I like this Jack in the Box. I’ll visit this one again.
