This lovation needs to get it together. The forst person to help me tried giving me another order, couldn’t find where the put mine. The 2nd person gave me my order, good thing I was half paying attention because sje forgot my 2nd brownie. Get to my car (and I haven’t had Little Ceasars in awhile and first time trying anything I had in my order or would have clocked it in the store), and realize the first order they asked if I jad the went and gave it to me. It clealry had sombody elses name. Go in and there’s a guy complaining about them not having his order when he got the email that said it was done. I hand back the items thinking it was going to have to get remade because it technically left the store, and the girl gave ME a look like I was crazy for returning the items. As I was leaving I kinda wondered though, and yup the guy came out with what I had just taken back in. Food was great, though the Crazy Puffs could use a little work. And the crazy sauced filled up above half way. Place was clean which is amazing with snow everywhere. Service was very lacking.

It’s easy to get pizza through the app, especially if you’re in a hurry. Not the best pizza in the world but not horrible. Reasonably priced specials. The app makes it easy to customize your order and set it for easy pickup. You receive a code, walk in, punch it in, grab your pizza and go.

Burnt food and ignored custom order
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit to Little Caesar’s was honestly terrible. I placed a custom order and made it very clear how I wanted my pizza — but when I picked it up, it was completely burnt and drowned in sauce. It looked like they didn’t even read the order notes. To make things worse, my cheese bites were also burnt and hard as a rock.
I get that mistakes happen, but this was just careless. Between the excessive sauce, burnt crust, and overcooked sides, it was a complete waste of money.

Kaden and Aiden at Little Fuse were outstanding! They jumped right in to help, handled everything fast and professionally, and made sure I was completely taken care of. You can tell they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about customers. Both of them definitely deserve a raise — people like that are what make a business great.

It was pick up and I didn’t go in to pick it up so I have no idea about the service. The pizza was delicious and hot. Atmosphere is a joke, they should put in benches along the windows, standing while waiting for a lot of people is very uncomfortable.

Ordered food off the app. Food was supposed to be done by 8:40 waited 20 minutes for staff to help me while pizza was sitting out out of the warmer was ice cold when I got it. Staff was rudely talking about a woman that had came in earlier and got the wrong items very disrespectful and don’t think I will be ordering from here again. After the customer left, they started complaining and calling her nasty names and then when I tried to call and talk to a manager or store manager or GM they tell me they are not there and they are not gonna refund my food.

Well ordered a pepperoni pizza an pepperoni puffs. The puffs were actually horrible on was just a blob of cheese in the box. Others were just falling apart a sauce all over.

Pizza had no.flavor. 5 meat pizza and it was bland how can you mess this up. Back of salt and pepper, over cooked toppings, it seemed that the topping were cooked before placing it on the pizza it self a waste of money, this place really lack the compassion.
