This mcds is crazy bougie on the inside and super clean. Really exceeds the brand’s standards for sure. Our service time was super fast (under 2 mins) and the manager Andrew ran the order out himself. I love seeing hands on management and hearing coworkers get along and working well as a team!

if i could give 0 stars i would. i ordered a bacon quarter pounder and got it with NO bacon. called multiple times and the manager hung up on me twice?? sadly i couldn’t go back since it was out of my way and i had to go to work soon. very upsetting.

The food was poorly prepared. The fries was cold and the double cheese burger was the worst I have ever tasted it. Idk if that was real meat or not. They forgot a large frie that I had to turn around and go back for. When I get back they give me attitude about them forgetting my large fry. This was really a disappointment and a waste of my money. I feel like ive been scammed.

They are taking online orders even though the restaurant is closed, and when we reach the store, the order status shows as “we collected the order.” They are not responding to calls and no one is available at the store.This is ridiculous behavior, and it felt like a scam to me. This is happened on the Christmas day.

What is it about this south Eola McDonald’s that prevents them from getting orders right? I asked for a quarter pounder, no ketchup, add big mac sauce (an extra $.75 charge) and a me fry. I get a burger doused in onions, two pickles, mayo, and NO BIG MAC SAUCE! Where is the mustard? Where is the sauce I was charged for? If it wasn’t for the nice chick that took the order, this would be one star! And the excuse that it’s busy doesn’t apply because I went at a less busy time. Also, there is no receipt so I can’t even call and complain since I have no order number to refer to here. Sadly, they keep getting orders wrong here and don’t say anything to anyone. This is probably the worst on this side of Aurora.
