The food here is really good. I have only eaten at this location once, but when I went in to order the woman at the counter was really nice and we cracked a few jokes, she also helped me with some order suggestions. She prepared the food quickly and brought it out to my table when I was just expecting them to call my name.

I ordered a rather large order for an office event, and not only did the order arrive early, but the owner, Steve, delivered it himself and set everything up! He was both professional and personable. The food was great, and our employees were happy with the quality and the choices provided! I would highly recommend and we look forward to ordering from them in the future!

I order from here quite a bit. Nice people. Their food prep hygiene needs to improve, or at least be consistent. Having worked in food service, I always notice minor things (that is everywhere), but here, over the last few visits, I’ve seen 1) An employee prepping my order with her bare hand (she had one glove on) and 2) an employee was prepping my food, came to register (to see what I was waiting for) – touched the register, went back to prepping my food – then she put my wrap in the microwave..and then she puts her hair up and takes off her apron – while still wearing her gloves. She then goes back to prepping/handling my food with the same gloves on. I just left, didn’t bother asking for a refund.
These workers are young folks, so I don’t really blame them. Management should do a better job with instilling consistent food prep hygiene and discipline.
That said, the food here is generally fantastic – but I won’t be back to this location for a while.

I’ve personally had the strawberry banana and the peanut butter smoothie
I love them. They’re not heavy they still have a burst of flavor. I keep telling myself I’ll try another smoothie flavor but those two are my favorites.
I definitely want to touch on the peanut butter version due to having tried similar versions in different businesses but tropical smoothie is definitely my number one. It isn’t like other places who it feels like it’s doing more harm than good
I’ve told friends and family and they’ve tried the food items on here. They were hesitant but when they received their order they were amazed how delicious everything was. Great fresh quality food.
It’s a refreshing to have something every now and than that doesn’t feel heavy on your body.
Go check them out.
PS staff all friendly almost forgot to mention since I was amazed by the smoothies. But the staff were all nice and friendly. Patient with me and helped answer questions I had

I ordered through the app 2 times and this is the second time they didn’t put the sides in the bag. First time I realized it in the parking lot and was able to go back inside and get them. Next time I didn’t realize until I got home. I sent them a message immediately and no response. I will not be back to this location.

I ordered the limited Ohana Breeze smoothie yesterday (Friday, 5/16/25) on the app and it was watered down. I couldn’t tell what ingredients were in the smoothie, it was horrible. Everything is too expensive nowadays to be cheated out of my money like this. My daughter’s smoothie was barely blended, tons of chunks in it. Someone obviously isn’t doing their job correctly. SMH

All the staff here is solid but one in particular is just on a different tier. I’m a small business owner myself and without any question in the world I’d put this young gentleman in a top leadership role right away.

I was very excited to have a location closer to home and I ordered using the app today. Let me tell you, it was THE BEST Sunrise Sunset I have ever had from any Tropical Smoothie! I’m glad I included a tip! They were very busy, but my order was ready at 12:20PM as promised. Excellent first impression. Keep up the good work.
