Love ordering from this Donatos location. they have fulfilled all my orders with no issues every time. Yesterday I ordered 14 pizzas and they were all ready before my pickup time which is awesome. I only experience positive attitudes anytime I get greeted here. They have the right recipe at this location when It comes to execution and customer service. All the employees I have encountered while picking up or ordering makes me have faith in customer service still. Thank you guys for everything you do for our community! Tyler was VERY helpful. He was in such a good mood, especially for working a new years eve shift!!! He was so quick and helpful, he made sure EVERYONE in the lobby was being greeted, helped, and overall taken care of. He made sure to ask the questions customers forget, “Any sauce with that?” “You got plates & Napkins?” “Are you a rewards member? Bought two pizzas for the road trip back to Michigan. These pizzas were great! Grabbed a Founders Favorite and Cheese, both thin crusts. These pies were so good. The Founders Favorite had a great combination of toppings.

Good service at a very busy store! That being said I don’t see how a restaurant stays open selling you a cold pizza as a fresh pizza. The pie we received must have been sitting around when someone ordered and didn’t pick it up? Needless to say I won’t be back. So I guess the service really wasn’t all that good!

Superbowl Sunday is the superbowl for pizza restaurants. Donatos did everything right. They were churning out the pizzas like a well oiled machine with smiling faces. My specialty Hawaiian pizza was perfect.

Sage delivered our pizza! This dude is amazing he was a breath of fresh air even after we made the mistake of ordering the wrong food he went out of his way to make sure that our order was fixed! Came in tonight and was greeted immediately upon entering. I received a perfectly baked “block O”. The young lady cooked it herself and ran the register for my transaction. She was pleasant and made me feel special. That is so rare in the commercial food industry! Keep her as long as you can. Shame on me for not looking for her name. But I’ll be sure to stop in again to find out so I can update this review.
