The food at this restaurant is constantly good. Friendly service is hit or miss. We have been eating here for years but one thing we always notice is that the restaurant is because run down and in disrepair. Last winter we ate at this restaurant several times and it was always freezing cold. The folks behind the counter (wearing their winter coats) told us the heater was broke and has been for a while. I notified Arby’s corporate of the heater situation, they never replied to my concern. We visited this restaurant yesterday and noticed numerous tiles missing from the beverage counter. If it gets any worse we will be ordering carry out.

We love to eat at Arby’s when the chicken pecan wrap is in season! The wraps were hard tortilla & mushy grapes! It was good but not great! My husband enjoyed his gyro. My daughter enjoyed her chicken nuggets. We all loved the fries/curly fries. A ton of flies in there at tables. But service was fast.

We dined in and our sandwiches were just a mess and smashed down fries tasted like that were made forever ago and it was $28. The restaurant it’s self is just in very poor condition and needs attention badly. The employees were great and very friendly but unfortunately we will not be returning I would much rather go to Chili’s just around the corner a lot more for my money and eat in a clean establishment

Currently stuck in the drive thru. There has been ONE car in front of me this whole time. I’ve been here for 20 minutes. I don’t know if they’re in there raising the calf or what, but I could have received food at a sit down restaurant by now. Glad I picked “fast” food for the only 30 minutes I get to eat today.
I just left without my food after the guy ignored me at the window after making me sit behind one car for 25 minutes. Screw this Arby’s. They lost my business.

The steak nuggets were delicious, juicy like at a steak house. They did mess up the order in the the drive thru but they fixed it after I paid. So thank you.

My boyfriend and I stop for lunch Friday after Thanksgiving. He order a classic roast beef and a long staid of hair was in his sandwich. I open mine I ordered a Globber (new sandwich) I opened mine took top of sandwich off and there was a hair in mine. We threw them in the trash. I went to the restroom and told them afterwards that who ever is in the kitchen should be wearing hair nets. So make sure you check your sandwiches before eating if you are planning on going to eat there.

Never thought I’d be reviewing fast food in Decatur Texas but here we are got a late start on a last minute 500+ mile trip for a funeral so we were hungry and stopped at Arby’s as we set out on our drive. Everything was exactly as we ordered, all the sauces and dips were as asked for, the food was fresh and hot and well prepared. Honestly super impressed, thanks for getting it right guys, and filling our tummies for a long journey ahead.

I have gone to this Arbys for years, and it is hands down the best one. The food is amazing every time, and the staff here is always super nice. When lines occur, they deal with them quickly and with a really nice manner. I love coming here, and I will probably come here until they close or I move. 10/10 recommend every single time

My husband I stopped here on our way to Amarillo for a quick dinner and were promptly greeted by Joe at the counter. He was super friendly and struck up a conversation with my husband. He took our order and our food came out hot and fresh before we even sat down at our table. Everything was correct and delicious and he even checked on us midway through our meal. I don’t know if we’ll be back this way, but if we are we’d definitely come back!
