I ordered a “Twice Cook Pork Rice Bowl” at the counter, following the fried rice category. There was no picture or Chinese label, so I didn’t know what it was, but I figured I’d give it a try since it was fried rice. After waiting half an hour with no news, I called the staff, who said it would be ready soon. I even showed them the recipe to confirm, and they said it was fried rice. When I got it and started eating, I realized something was wrong. Just then, the restaurant called, repeatedly asking if I had ordered fried rice. I read from the receipt, “This is what your system says, I don’t know, but it’s in the fried rice category.” During the conversation, they asked how I could not know what I ordered! Not only did they not provide a picture, but the menu next to it didn’t have this dish either. I even showed them the receipt when I picked it up. If it’s not fried rice, why put it in the fried rice category? It’s ridiculous. To be fair, the soy sauce fried rice I received tasted good, but unfortunately, I wanted some meat and there was none, plus I waited so long. The experience was truly terrible.

This is the first time I’ve eaten such terrible Chinese food. The presentation was terrible and I had diarrhea after eating it. I don’t understand why such a bad restaurant exists.
