I didn’t go and sit inside so “atmosphere” has no real meaning to a judgment of this operation. I took the drive-thru. They have the most delicious twix brownie bars. I often will go here just for this one dessert. They are luscious and very rich and less than six bucks. That’s all I went for. I did not buy pizza.

So we just pulled through here and we only ever got little Caesars for the extra most bestest pizzas. They are not the same no more and we were simply asking why they changed it or if they did… The GM that was currently doing the drive through was super adamant about telling us we are wrong. What kind of GM sits there and argues with the customers? Horrible customer service.. in the end we are 100 percent correct in saying they’ve changed their recipe. He has only been working their for 1 year and a half and don’t even know the past of the store. Horrible place to go that’s why their business is steadily declining.. down below is what we got vs what we use to get with the extra most besttest. Clearly different

We got the crispy stuffed crust and it was amazing. If you aren’t a big fan of their usual crust i would say try this cuz it’s great. You can order online and pick up in the drive thru.

Just got off the phone with Devin- assistant GM of the Richland, WA location as I made an error in placing my order online. I was ordering for my son and not realizing, I ordered a pizza with ham on it- my son doesn’t eat ham. I thought I was in time to make the change to my order but it was already in the oven. Devin was extremely professional, courteous, and empathetic and had his staff make a 2nd pizza for him. I offered to pay being I made the error and he said no charge! VERY UNEXPECTED! Thank you Devin and Little Caesars Richland WA!

Not only was it an hour waiting for it, but the Hawaiin was burnt. Showed up to ask about it and wow…they didn’t push the buttons in order to let me know it was done. So I got not only burnt pizza. I got cold, done for over an 40 minutes pizza. And the crazy bread wasn’t ready on top of everything! Was told to wait 5 minutes in the car. Waited and waited. Went in again and they gave us burnt crazy bread without the sauce that I paid for.

Worst experience. The company boasts “hot and ready”, however this franchise is not living up to their namesake! We went through the drive-up window, which only lists 5 photos, no actual menu, no prices anywhere for anything! So, I asked what they had hot & ready. She only had 1 item available, but didn’t remember what type of pizza it was. I asked if they had any specials. She didn’t answer me. I asked prices and she was very rude about even answering that question. I was very disappointed in the service and general layout of this particular franchise. I’ve never had this experience at any of the other locations we’ve used in the past and over 2 different states. Ridiculous!

I’ve been here multiple times and they are very inconsistent. On rare occasions you get great pizza, but most of the time you don’t. I always order the extra most bestest pepperoni pizza, but sometimes it just looks like a regular pepperoni pizza other times it is old soggy pizza and they put too much sauce on it. Same situation with the crazy bread it can be great, but usually isn’t.

WILD that someone pulled this out of the oven and decided it was acceptable. Judging by the other reviews this particular restaurant has gone downhill. Absolutely sad. Actually shocked me how hard the crust was too, I’ve eaten softer hard candies
