Decent Ham and Swiss but the fries and the sandwich were a little colder than normal. The lobby was super clean and the crew very friendly. The 2 for $7 pricing is what keeps me coming back to these establishments. It’s hard to pass up.

We pulled up to the drive thru and waited about five minutes before we were greeted with “Welcome to Arby’s, can you please hold a minute” then we waited two more minutes. The food was great once we got it. Maybe they were short-handed. It’s hard to tell in the drive thru.

Arby’s always has the best curly fries. Got the Gobbler turkey sandwich and it was great. My wife got a double Arby’s Beef n Cheddar and it kept sliding out of the buns due to all the cheese and weight of the meat, good value to me!

Ordered a meal for dine in this afternoon. Employee that took my order was rude. Manager was unapproachable. Got my meal, as I was sitting there I was staring out window to parking lot. I noticed a male walking in holding a box of cheezit crackers. He proceeded to lick each finger as he entered building. The mortifying part, is that he is an employee and proceeded to go behind counter, begin serving food without washing hands.The roast beef on sandwich was extremely pink with green spots on it.

I ordered on line when I finally got my food it wasn’t worth eating it was cold and the tea I had to pour down the drain it tasted like cigarettes was mixed in it one drink and I was gagging. The driver was supposed to hand the order to me I kept waiting for the person to call me so I could let them in the building call never came finally 20 minutes later. I got a text saying that my order was delivered. I looked outside my door there it set. This is very wrong. I can’t get the Arby’s to answer the phone call. I’m very upset about this.

Not sure, but I don’t think burgers are sold anywhere looking this pink. I was told when I called the burgers come medium – this is NOT medium. This is raw. The outside is browned, but the inside is pure pink. It was an attitude of not wanting to help when I called. They had to ask the manager what can be done — Replace the order! Simple. Cook the food properly. I doubt the Dept of Health, local or State, would say this is properly cooked.
