The food was delicious. it was everything you expect from Arby’s. nothing crazy, just a normal beef and cheddar sandwich, and whatever those hash brown like potato things are. oh my goodness, those things were incredible. however, the young lady that was on the drive-thru microphone was, I don’t want to say rude, because she wasn’t rude. she was just so impersonable. impersonable. I totally understand. it’s not a dream job for most people, but you shouldn’t be on the microphone. if you can at least sound like you’re happy to be at work for the day. day. it won’t stop you from going back, but it is something that I would love to see corrected.

The milk that they put in my child’s kids meal was already open, Not full as if already drink out of the middle of her ham sandwich was cold completely cold. This should be so unacceptable. The seal the milk that should be a really big deal.

I can see why this location only has 3.8 stars. The last time I visited this location, there was hardly any meat on my beef and cheddar.
Today, I decided to give them a second chance. I ordered a Reuben. There was hardly any meat on it! Since Arby’s advertises that they have the meats I’d like to know what they did with the meat that was supposed to go on my sandwiches. Seven dollars is a lot of money to spend on a sandwich doesn’t have any meat.
They only got two stars because they got the order right.

Food was cold. Nobody was in the drive thru or parking lot so they had time to give us fresh. They forgot our fries. The place has gone down hill really bad.

I’m not sure what has happened at this location in the past year. Several times we order the double roast beef and cheese, and there’s barely any meat, and maybe a tiny bit of cheese. The rueben is made so horrible they should just take it off the menu. Once again, maybe 2-3 slices of meat, barely any sauce, not toasted or cut. I think this location needs training from the Walhalla location.

We arrived and ordered our food and waited in the lobby for 30 minutes for our food. While the drive through was flowing perfectly and the people behind us got their food within 5 minutes.

This is the 3rd time in a few months that I’ve seen this first hand. People waiting in line to the point of walking out. 4 people actually just followed me out. People from drive thru constantly bringing orders back inside that are wrong or missing something. The one person making sandwiches couldn’t move any slower. Meanwhile the other 2 walking around looking lost. I feel for the people that have already paid, still waiting in the dining area for what’s probably gonna be cold or completely wrong. Just go to Easley, it’s worth the drive if you want Arby’s that bad.
