My partner and I went through the drive thru around 9am and told them at the speaker we had a mobile order (ONE biscuit btw). When we got to the window, both the cashier and manager were so rude. The cashier snapped at us and slammed the window. Then the manager comes over and says “so you didn’t even tell us you were here? You have to tell us at the speaker.” and then also slams the window. WE DID tell them. I’ve been a manager at a busier fast food store and I never would’ve spoken to a customer like that, especially unprompted. It’s ridiculous and I really wouldn’t be surprised if you’re losing a lot of business because of it. It seems like many other people have been treated badly by your employees.
I’m not really one to leave reviews like this. I know the job can be stressful. But y’all are clearly allowing your employees to take their personal frustrations out on people who haven’t done anything wrong.

The lady at the window at 10:15 this morning should drop the attitude. It should not matter whether the order is drive-thru or mobile app. Also, on the mobile app, cherry coke is an option however you guys do not have cherry coke at this store and while corporate would make changes to the app, you guys could have at least asked me what I wanted as a drink instead of assuming. I chose cherry coke, you guys assumed sprite. If you can’t have the decency to ask, at least assume a drink that’s somewhat similar. I ordered a medium combo, the hashbrowns I got wouldn’t even be enough to fill a small (also referenced in photos). Biscuits were burnt. Unfortunately, this was not the first bad experience at this particular Hardee’s.

I ordered the breakfast platter and it is usually a very good meal. What I got this time was terrible the gravy in it was like water, there was only half a bowl of gravy, and there were only 5 hash rounds in the plate. It was a big disappointment. I ordered this most every time I go there for breakfast and it usually a whole bowl of gravy that is like gravy should be not like water and many more hash rounds than 5. Again big,big disappointment

Small town fast food place… you never know what you are going to get. You might get a nice young person taking your order or the place might have a few sketchy looking workers. If it’s slow, some of the workers are probably standing out on the sidewalk taking a cigarette break. Honestly the food here is not bad for fast food, most of the time. Breakfast time has its regular crowd of older folks eating and talking. Never will forget the time Charlie pee’d in the pickle jug, but that was 30 years ago when we were all in high school, so maybe it’s all good now

Went for the first time in months because I rarely have a good experience here, especially during the day….however, my food tonight (pulled pork bbq frisco burger & an apple turnover) was the best I’ve had from there in a very long time. I wish I had my receipt to take the survey but I’ll just leave a review here. I even called and told the worker how satisfied I was. And the drive thru worker was very friendly. Hopefully the next time I go, the food will be as good as it was tonight.
