From the moment I walked into Sawyers, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Huge thanks to Angela O’Chel and her entire team for creating such a welcoming and genuinely warm atmosphere. Every single person I encountered, from our host to our server, was friendly, attentive, and professional.
Lisa, our server, truly stood out. Her service was easily some of the best I’ve had in a long time. She was attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about the menu, and made the whole experience feel effortless and enjoyable.
The food absolutely delivered. I ordered the Bananas Foster French Toast, and it was outstanding. The variety of house-made syrups took it to another level and made the dish feel unique and thoughtfully crafted. You can tell real care goes into the food here.
This was my first visit to Sawyers, but it definitely will not be my last. Everything from the service to the atmosphere to the food came together perfectly. An easy recommendation to anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience. ️✨

We had BREAKFAST okay! So delicious. We had the Chicken and Waffles meal and the SAWYER’S MOUNTAIN MAN meal of 3 eggs medium, (not home fries)sub-cheese grits, gravy & biscuit, sausage patty, bacon, country ham, and (not pancakes)sub-DELICIOUS Banana Fosters French Toast. Our server was Shelly and she was amazing and so helpful. The entire staff was very hospitable. Definitely a highlight of our visit to Tennessee. Thank you

We liked the ambiance. It was decorated nicely. Our waitress was really nice. The food was great and they gave you plenty to eat. I ordered the Mountain Man Breakfast and my wife ate my pancakes (don’t like pancakes) and ordered a side of bacon and home fries and we still could not eat all our food

Our server John was great! Food was absolutely amazing. They are great with allergies. I got the gluten free pancakes that were also vegan. My son has a severe milk allergy so I was thrilled there was actually something he could have (this is very rare for a breakfast place). Other members in my party said the crepes and French toast were amazing. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.

The pancakes are delicious! I got a sausage and egg bowl, which was also very good. Serving sizes are large! Misty was our server and she was friendly and quick with service. We needed a single scrambled egg for our 10 month old and it was out to our table within minutes of ordering. We are here from out of town and very happy with our decision to stop here for breakfast.

Tabatha was the best waitress, so nice and funny! All the other staff was very sweet as well. Our pancakes were amazing! Best pancakes I’ve had in a while, especially with the thick, warm syrup. Already planning when to come back!

Well it was delicious if the picture doesn’t prove! Having a getaway weekend and had this for our first breakfast! Everyone’s food was amazing and we all ate everything! The server Krystal was very polite and professional! Always checked on us through the meal! You also get a free bottle of Gems at the shop next door!

Had the western omelet and Bananas Foster French Toast. It was worth the wait to be seated but once in we got our food so quickly. The whip cream tasted freshly made, so light. They had a texting wait system so able to go explore the shops near by until out table was ready. So much food for what we paid also. Very impressed!! Definitely going back whenever in Pigeon Forge again

Amazing pancakes we had for breakfast at Sawyers. Usa was our host and she gave us the disposable mug for the juice that we could not finish. The service was great. Pancakes we had were strawberry and banana buttermilk pancake and the hersheys chocolate pancake. The best part that i felt is that they even have gluten free and vegan pancake selection. We visited on the 1st jan and that is why the wait time for two people was 45 minutes.
