The employees are always super nice, and they get the order correct 99% of the time which is excellent. But they really skimp when it comes to giving you your frozen drinks. I have never seen 100% ice filled cups anywhere. Like …anywhere.

This Dunkin is terrible. After today, I will never go back. It never fails, whatever I order, they’re out of it. The girls that work there are so insanely rude it’s crazy. Not sure if you are aware but you guys work in customer service… you have to fake a smile or a pleasant tone in your voice whether you’re having a good day or not. The fact that you guys literally throw orders out the window and don’t say bye have a good day, thank you, etc is crazy. You guys make mistakes CONSTANTLY and never once say “I’m sorry”. Like no one’s perfect, I get it. I work in customer service too.. but the attitude to customers is not necessary. Being nice goes a long way.

This is my least favorite Dunkin in the area, staff is constantly snarky as if I am bothering them from doing nothing. Even when it’s dead, it’s always an attitude from here. Always a 50-50 toss up if your food will be what you ordered, assuming it’s not burnt to a crisp. Hit or miss coffee. Like if you can’t do coffee right, can’t do food right, can’t be bothered to be nice, there’s no reason to go here. A constant struggle.

Just went through the drive through and was serviced by Lindsay. No kindness in the voice, nor smile when I paid for picked up my order. Spent $7+ for meh service. But the drink was good- after they remembered to put on the whip cream.

Every time I forget why I stopped going to this location and go…. I’m reminded why I stopped going. Your order is largely ceremonial, as you will just get what ever they hand you. You want butter? You get cream cheese, bacon egg bites? You get Veg. Have fun waiting in that line, just to wait in it again to get the correct order.

For the majority of the time they’re great and quick , there was a couple times I had an issue though. I usually just get a drink and maybe a donut for myself.
There was a time I ordered donuts in the morning through drive-thru because my grandma wanted me to get donuts for her and the blonde woman there working day-shift gave me an attitude because of how many I ordered. She told me “next time, go inside if you’re going to order that many donuts”. Well, they weren’t for me anyway and it’s not like you’re cooking them fresh so it shouldn’t take much longer to prepare the order. No one told me I had to go inside after a certain amount of donuts was ordered, I don’t even know what the exact donut-threshold would be!! it’s not like I was ordering the whole store! But her bad attitude was as if I was!
