Went to celebrate my sister’s birthday (we were only staying for the night in Niagara and her birthday was the next day) and Kira was our server. From the get go, she was so friendly and helpful. Our mom accidentally ordered “medium well done” and didn’t realize that means it’s not cooked through all the way so we were contented with just taking it home but Kira came by and checked on us and was more than happy to take it back to the kitchen and throw it on the grill for us which made our experience so much better because our mom was a little disappointed at herself for not knowing steak terminologies. Kira was so kind to us, always making sure we were okay and the hostess was also very helpful in allowing us to shift to another booth as the front door kept blowing cold air in when people were entering and exiting. Also, they have the best surf and turf deal which tasted amazing and all in all the entire experience was awesome! Thank you so much Kira!!!

My dad and I have been regular customers at Chuck’s Restaurant in Niagara Falls (near Clifton Hill) for the past few years, and it’s always a highlight of our visits. The atmosphere is welcoming, the beer is always cold, and nothing beats their T-Bone steaks, our absolute favourite!
A special shoutout goes to the manager, Jason, and our favorite waitress, Lindsey. They always go above and beyond to accommodate us and make every visit enjoyable. Their friendly service truly makes us feel like valued guests.
And for dessert, the Buckaroo is a must-try. The perfect way to finish a great meal.

Was here with my wife for dinner. We both had steak but mine was a surf and turf. Service was good and fast. The steak was very good and the server, when it was brought to our table she asked us to cut into it to check if it’s how we wanted it, both were cooked the way we asked. Lobster was soooo good I ordered a second one. Price was very reasonable and experience was fabulous will definitely go back here again.

We had an excellent lunch at Chuck’s Roadhouse. I ordered the BBQ ribs with fries, and they were delicious – tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. My wife had the nachos with added buffalo chicken, which were loaded and tasty. We enjoyed everything with two cold beers, making it a perfect lunch. Great service and a fun atmosphere – we’ll definitely be back!

Wow, thoroughly impressed with the Surf n Turf entree and delectable desserts in a fun and very clean restaurant! Great service as well. Our server Haley, who was still in training, a muscular built server and another employee were so attentive. They kept asking if we need anything else. We ordered 3 Surf n Turf entrees and all 3 were cooked to perfection. So good with their special sauce and great deal. Fed this family of 5. Both desserts are good, but our favorite was the bread pudding. Unfortunately, we didn’t discover this restaurant until our final night or we would’ve dine there everyday. Highly recommend.

That was brutal. The steak came out raw in the middle even though we ordered medium rare. We sent it back, and instead of making a new one, they threw the same cut-up piece back on the grill. It came back still raw inside, but now burnt on the outside.
Then the manager tried to tell us it was medium rare and that we were mistaken — until we mentioned we had taken pictures.
I can handle the odd mistake, stuff happens. But this was just next-level ridiculous.

I ordered the Pasta Alfredo, and honestly, no matter what you do with pasta, it shouldn’t turn out this bad. This was by far the worst pasta I’ve ever had—I actually had to return it.
The other bowls we tried weren’t tasty either, which was very disappointing considering we trusted the reviews. Unfortunately, we won’t be doing that again.
Even the chicken tenders were served in a very poor and unappetizing way. Overall, the experience was a letdown.

We were visiting Niagra Falls and looking for a decent meal close to all. This came up on my search and wonderful reviews and delicious looking food pics followed so we went. Well, I don’t know who’s food that is in the pics and who’s family wrote those reviews but man, were we disappointed. My son got a spicy chicken sandwich and it came out without the cheese it was supposed to have and the size of the chicken was comical. It was so small and barely grilled. It was supposed to be breaded. My husbands chicken sandwich was a mini sandwich compared to what it was described as. I got a Philly, which was dry as can be with some sad melted cheese on it. Mozzarella sticks were basic and barely hot. The only upside to dinner was our server Kiera who was pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu. I don’t like leaving a negative review especially since I know this is family owned, but super disappointed.
