Every time I have gone here the soft shell tacos are soggy and falling apart. When you go to pick them up the shell sticks to the wrapper pulling the shell apart. I know its fast food but I don’t think they care about the quality of their food. Maybe not paid enough to care. I don’t know. I was even given a free taco card because they messed up the order. And when I pulled up asking what that entitled me to get, they didn’t have an answer, said they would give me the answer when I pulled up to the window. I would even pay the difference.. instead, one of the managers said just a taco when they were trying to make up for what they did wrong. And still being rude about it..

Id give it a lower rating on service if I could. Someone from the taco bell app. Stole my order and they did absolutely nothing to help. Said it was through Door dash and thier was nothing I could do about it. Over $41 order and just lost money and they had a few delivery drivers come through and were denied because they said it wasn’t there fault. What a joke

I get it, food service sucks; but when I go through the drive through get greeted like you’re an inconvenience to them for even daring to order at this location I’d at least expect there not be ACTUAL METAL SHAVINGS IN MY FOOD. So first off, it’s December 22nd at 12:47 am. The Store hours says they close at 2am, got there at 12:45 am on the dot, 2 workers inside and they’re standing doing nothing.
Being the ONLY customer car in the lot, we pull up to the drive thru “Im sorry. This location is currently closed” Awful location. Just close this place down and replace it with something better or get better employees. They’re never open at the store hours. They always mess up my orders. I’m just tired of this place.

Honestly, ZERO stars.
This location has this amazing ability to make crunchwraps taste like cardboard.
I love Taco Bell! But this store alone is making me drop the chain altogether. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I go there I am waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru or they mess up the order and forget stuff. Ive given this store chance after chance over the last couple years and I’m just let down each time by it.
Old review: I just cannot recommend this place anymore. I waited close to 30 minutes during lunch for my food, and they didn’t even get the order completely correct. I probably would’ve had to wait longer if I went through the drive thru

The angry woman working around 1am on Novemeber 11th is possibly the most disrespectful, inconsiderate, obnoxious human being I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with.
The lobby was unlocked, so I went in, and was in turn demanded to get out because they were closed, and when questioned, I was verbally forced out of the building.
Upon further questioning when calling the store, I was hungup on 5 times and then they proceeded to unplug the phone.
All in all, its unfortunate some people lack the capacity to simply do their job at a restaurant that is open.

Not sure if it’s this location or all of them but I feel like they put more tomatoes on everything than any other topping and I really don’t like it, ik I can ask to not have them but I like tomatoes just not that much in such a small area

The Taco Bell in Benton Harbor is decent for a quick meal. The staff is usually friendly, and my orders are mostly accurate. The food tasted okay, nothing special, but it did the job. The restaurant was clean, and the drive-thru moved at a decent pace. It’s a convenient spot if you’re craving Taco Bell and don’t want to wait too long.
