This was My first time at this location. I used My app so I can get a free chicken sandwich with a purchase over ten dollars. The restaurant was in a shopping center with plenty of parking. The place was clean. It has a drive thru so you don’t have to get out the car. The tables were clean and My food was ready at the time on the app. The food was hot and good. The people behind the counter were friendly and very helpful.

I ordered inside the restaurant. I got a warm lemonade and fries that were hot enough to burn my mouth. The employee walked away in the middle of taking my order even though the place didn’t look busy. I wish I just went to another place where I could’ve gotten better costume service. I usually go through the drive thru and that experience has been better even though I have less interaction with the workers.

While the food was hot and fresh, I find it ludicrous that with a 5 piece tender meal I had to fight to get more than 1 tiny blackened ranch. The amount of tartar sauce for seafood meals is also laughable. Why are we being stingy with sauce?

Paid the up charge for four more breasts. No problem, normal. I ask for 3 Blackened Ranch sauces. The associate gives me two. I repeat politely, “I need one more please.” His manager says “26 cents for one more.”
“No problem, I’ll pay you 26 cents,” I say. Obviously 26 cents is not an issue, but the principle of having a customer do that, as they’re walking out with their order asking for sauces, and after they already paid 7 dollars of up charges for the chicken breasts is just unacceptable. Absolutely 0 sense for how to run a business. I don’t know if they’re under new management, but it’s the last time they’ll see my face in there.

I paid 40 dollars for my Popeyes order. My order was supposed to come with 4 sauces. They didn’t give me any so I went inside and asked the cashier if I could have my sauces. They said they had to get their managers permission and the manager said I had to pay for them. I told her that I already paid 40 dollars for food!!! GIVE ME MY SAUCE THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR. This location is the worst and the customer service I received is beyond terrible. Popeyes needs to do something about this because this is outrageous. I paid 40 dollars for food and sauces and you can’t even give me one? Forget this place. I hope it closes

I finally got to try out the spicy chicken sandwich. It was good as what I expected it to be. They have an option of either classic or spicy. I found the sandwich to be pretty juicy and tasty overall. I love Popeyes biscuits, they are yum. So overall the hype of the chicken sandwich was worth it, I would highly recommend everyone to try it out before they run out again.

I’ve been living in ashburn since 2003. I’ve been coming to this Popeyes since then. Not consecutively though. But all these years. The customer service has been great. But something about this last previous year. There’s been a lady handling the drive through and she is extremely inconsiderate. Doesn’t let you finish your sentences, doesn’t let you finish your order, doesn’t let you add in a coupon code. If you’re planning on going to Popeyes in ashburn, do the extra minute and go to the Popeyes in one Loudon, by the CVS. That one has much better customer service right now.

This has happened to several Popeyes over the last year or two were you walk in several hours before closing time and it’s obvious they are ready to close and you seem like an inconvenience. Normally I’m working and I’m dirty so I want to play so I can wash my hands and eat and I do not want to go through drive-thru but they obviously only want to serve you through drive-thru. This particular Popeyes had already shut down making sweet tea a few hours before closing so they can clean it, they had blocked off the bathrooms after they cleaned them so no one would use them the last couple hours with high chairs. And then they blocked off the dining room so he couldn’t get to it with chairs and trash cans when I asked if I could sit there they said no it’s closed and then someone else may be a manager or somebody else so they could open it up for me when I was obviously frustrated. But not wanting to cause an inconvenience or have them clean after me I went ahead and sat in my truck and ate. I used to work fast food in high school I can remember wanting to break down things maybe a little bit early but several hours early is ridiculous. The food was actually pretty good

Came in today to try the cheese bites and was told the promotion was over, despite all of the advertising and promotional materials still being displayed on all of their menu screens and signs, as well as the website. This company as not respect for their customers time.
