Eating out is not something I get to do often due to a laundry list of food intolerances. They were beyond well informed, the food and pastries knocked my socks off. I can’t wait to go back and eat more without the fear of having a reaction.

There were two people working out front and it would’ve been a lot better if the register clerk could smile. I had to confirm several times that my food and coffee were indeed for dine in. Just wanted the cookie to go.

The other staff member I interacted with was kind and personable. He had an upbeat attitude which made the atmosphere much more welcoming.

First time trying The Polly Fox and it did not disappoint! I had the breakfast sandwich and an apple fritter. The apple fritter was so delicious! Perfect flavour and I loved the texture of the dough. Nice crisp but also soft on the inside!

I came to the Polly Fox for dessert and better coffee. I ordered the Cappuccino and the Vegan Apple Fritter. The fritter was very crunchy and flavourful. The cappuccino was strong yet very good.

When I came there a second time, I have ordered the Avocado Waffle from their breakfast menu that has recently introduced. I also ordered it with the Spanish Latte. The latte was fantastic and did not require sugar for flavouring. The waffle was soft and crunchy like good waffles should be while the avocado was surprisingly good on the waffle. The Hollandaise sauce that came with the entrée on the side was exuberant.

The establishment was pretty modern looking with mild lighting and had a very relaxing aura to it. Even on a Sunday, it was not too busy or crowded when I stayed there.

The Polly Fox is an amazing café best enjoyed during breakfast or brunch, so you could try their breakfast menu. Even then, their coffee concoctions and unique baked goods are worth trying. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing, dedicated gluten-free bakery and café and coffee bar. Also has dairy free options available too. Everything is so delicious. Highly recommend the apple fritters and cheese buns, my favorites! Their waffles and other bread options are also great. Its a relief to eat somewhere celiac safe and dedicated gluten-free. Please open a location in Chilliwack!

Ate here for the first time today. My wife has celiac disease so we’re always on the hunt for a good gluten-free eating establishment – and this fit the bill! It was a great atmosphere and the food quality hit the spot. We truly recommend!

Excellent gluten free products! The baked goods were amazing. I particularly loved the brownie. They have a very cool cafe menu also, but Lindsey told us it was her busiest day ever! She was out of bread, but she made a yummy BLT on a waffle. She also make a fried chicken…out fon this day. So I definitely need to return soon to try it! Cute little bistro. Loved it!

I stopped in for a drink while waiting and was very pleasantly surprised. The espresso was amazing (hands down the best gingerbread latte I’ve ever had in my life). The espresso was rich and flavorful, and you could really tell the beans were high quality.

The service was positive and welcoming. The staff were kind and friendly, though not super proactive with recommendations. Since it was my first time visiting, that made things feel a little stressful at first, especially because they didn’t have drip coffee available, which I had originally planned to order.

That said, the space itself more than made up for it. The vibes were perfect for the season: a cozy, joyful holiday atmosphere that felt like a warm “welcome home” for the holidays. The café was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. I also really appreciated that the space was accessible, which is great to know for future visits if I bring friends with disability needs.

Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I’d definitely come back. My only wish would be that drip coffee was available all day (especially if the beans are as good as the espresso was in my latte).
