Very affordable and generous portions, I ate only about 1/4 and had to bring the rest home. Beers were reasonably priced between 6.50-9$, bottled beers available only. Meals were good except the spring rolls which I couldn’t eat. Staff were very nice and service was quick. There is no ambiance, no frills, very basic, just go for the food.

We had another fantastic meal at Sahla Thai, one of our go-to spots for Thai cuisine. We ordered the Lovely Chicken, Robin Hood Ribs, Crab Rangoon, and Snow Shrimp — and everything was absolutely delicious!

The Lovely Chicken is a favourite in our family — my daughter gets it every single time, and it never disappoints. The flavours are rich, perfectly balanced, and unlike anything you’ll find at other Thai restaurants. Their Pad Thai is also a must-try — full of bold, authentic flavour that sets it apart from the rest.

Sahla Thai consistently delivers top-quality food with unique and memorable tastes. If you’re craving Thai food done right, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

We ordered the Pad Thai, Mushroom Lover and Spring Rolls.
As always, everything was absolutely spectacular.
The service is among the best you could ever ask for.
The restaurant is clean, warm, welcoming and pleasant.
Couldn’t ask for more! ❤️

I ordered vegetarian pad Thai, I got a plate of brown noodles in brown sauce with three or four flecks of green onion, and some pale shrimp buried inside. My friend got the “chicken special,” which was a heap of what looked like prebagged frozen vegetables (mostly celery) in store bought sauce. Neither one tasted good. On the plus side, all the corner cutting meant the food came out quickly. But when you pay $26 for an entree, you’d hope the quality is better than what you get in a tv dinner.

Positives: Meal came quick. Service was great and attentive, staff was very friendly.

Crab rangoons were very good. Nice crispy outside shell with enough structural integrity to not fall apart as you bite into them, good chunk of probably the fullest crab rangoons I have ever seen, I never thought I would say this but there was almost too much cream cheese. It was good, though.

Papaya salad, also very good. Fresh, light, peanutty, crunchy, just a little bit salty, not overly sweet, just a little spicy. Very nice and well balanced. I would get that over a mango salad 9/10 times.

Pad Thai, also, was tasty and was a fairly large serving with a good amount of both chicken and shrimp. Very saucy, which i like and good flavours. I was hoping for a little more heat when asking for spicy, but overall it was all very good.

The restaurant had plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options and the atmosphere was okay, felt like it could have been a little cleaner, but the service was prompt and friendly.

Interesting…. I have been eating here for at least 15 years and until tonight (new years eve 25/26) never had a bad meal…. let’s hope tonight is a glitch in their kitchen. And not a permanent change. I’ll give them one more chance sometime we’ll into the future on a night I’m not craving a good dinner so it doesn’t ruin another big night… so disappointed.
Everyone’s meal was overcooked and tasteless.

This is my ALL time favourite Thai place. Truthfully, nothing compares! I live farther away from Sahla Thai now and whenever I have Thai food from another place I think of Sahla and wish I was eating from there instead. So flavourful and delicious – favourite comfort food!

Sahla Thai is a beautiful restaurant on the St. Paul street with sculptures and fountains that really immerse you in the experience. The environment is very warm and welcoming. The service here was nice, friendly and very timely. The food here is extremely flavourful.

This is the first time I gave a 1 star to a restaurant. The service is very bad. Their poor attitude is like you owe them lots of money. The waitress and owner had no smile at all. It seemed they saved their energy for the white customers. Additionally, the waitress messed up the order and missed one dish. As a normal customer, I still left a tip. I don’t recommend anyone to visit this place. The service is cold and terrible.

Stopped here on our way from Toronto to Niagara. It was about 20 minutes away from Niagara Falls, so it would be a great option if you’re staying near a Niagara Falls and looking to go out for dinner or lunch. It’s less than 10 minutes from the Premium outlets.

Food was great! The crazy chicken was in a house special sauce, which was sweet and tangy and adjusted to your preferred spicy level. The spring rolls seemed to be freshly house made and not the frozen kind, it was crispy and flavourful.

The design of the restaurant is gorgeous with authentic Thai woodwork. Great place for a casual or upscale lunch or dinner. Prices were reasonable and parking was easy enough to find.

I parked on the street at a price of $1.50 per hour. But there seemed to be a lot behind the restaurant that I noticed afterwards, so call ahead to see if they do offer free parking.
