We’ve come in a couple times and every time there’s always friendly people, and a great cozy atmosphere. The drinks are good, no complaints. And the staff I’ve interacted with are super friendly, even to my 4 year old asking for napkins

This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had.
At 8:28 PM, I placed a mobile order for two drinks. My GPS shows I arrived at 8:57 PM, well before their 9 PM closing time. The app even confirmed my order was ready for pickup.
When I got there, no one answered at the drive-thru speaker, so I drove up to the window and even knocked, multiple employees were clearly inside but chose to ignore me. I parked, walked up to the door, waved, and only then someone finally responded over the speaker with a rude “We close at 9, sir.”
I calmly replied that I was there before closing, but they continued to ignore me. I even called the store and saw one of them pick up the phone, only for him to say “You arrived at 9:02 PM” , which is completely false. I literally have GPS proof of my arrival time. When I asked for a refund, he said, “Sorry, nothing I can do about it,” and just hung up.
So not only did I pay for drinks I never received, but I was also ignored, lied to, and treated with extreme disrespect. It’s unbelievable that a company like Starbucks allows employees to behave this way.
Whether this was pure negligence or even discrimination, I don’t know, but I do know this location should be investigated. This was theft of both my time and money. Customer service didn’t help either, they completely brushed off my complaint.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never return to this Starbucks again, and I urge others to avoid it at all costs.

I am a frequent customer as I pass this location every morning on my way to work.. not sure what’s going on but the last two times I ordered, my drink was made wrong. This time I did not notice it was wrong until after I already left. Pictures below from this morning. As you can see, I paid extra for extra caramel drizzle and got no caramel in it at all.

Staff is SO friendly and I’ve never had a bad interaction. I have been going to this location for years because it’s the closest but literally 8/10 times I visit, which I visit frequently, my cup is only 3/4 full 🙁 it’s just disappointing spending almost $7 on a cup of coffee and it always being filled here. I finally had to review this because it’s been years of it. Thinking about heading further down Queen St or maybe this is my sign to stop spending so much on coffee 🙂

Excellent! The staff is awesome! One of the friendliest and most professional I’ve experienced from the many Starbucks locations. Drinks are always perfect! A very good location! Always a very pleasant experience! Please try the green tea Frappuccino made with oat milk and no extra sweetener or whip cream! Excellent! Get the brownies! Awesome! The turkey bacon egg white sandwich with no cheese! Awesome! Highly recommend!

I’m not sure if Starbucks decided to change their ICED CHAI Tea Latte however the past few times I’ve stopped for a tea they have literally looked and tasted like Milk Water with a hint of Chai it’s gross!
