We ate here twice because we loved the food . They treated our large dinner party very well. We will eat there again if we are in the area.

Some of the best pizza ive ever had. Their Fresca slices are my go to because of love the vegetables on top ( zucchini, mushroom, tomato & onion) and their roman slices are so good too ( stuffed slice with potatoes, sausage and cheese) . I go out of my way to come here over anyplace close to me…

POSA POSA Pizzeria is outstanding. The food is excellent, and the staff is incredibly attentive. Even when they’re extremely busy, they somehow still manage to accommodate everyone without missing a beat.

This is a very hard-working team at a very busy place, and they deserve a lot of credit for what they do day in and day out. An establishment that’s been around for over 40 years, posa is a true staple in Rockland County — family-owned, well-run, and simply the best of the best around.

Strictly reviewing their plain pizza, as I have never dined in. This is as close to a NYC (5 boroughs) slice as it gets. Which if you didn’t know, is actually surprisingly hard to find in Rockland/Bergen and beyond. This slice is hearty, salty, greasy and just the way you remember it. It’s not the bar pie, thin crust, or no crust filth they call pizza in the burbs. This is an authentic NYC slice. I have finally found a legit pizza joint. They also serve the perfect garlic knots for a few bucks and you don’t need to ask for marinara cause it always comes with it. The way it should be. I respect that.

The takeout area is a bit overwhelming at first, there’s like 10 people making pizzas, answering phones, taking orders, ringing people up and half the neighborhood is standing around waiting. But they’re fast and friendly and haven’t messed up an order yet.

Called 6 wks in advance to make reservations for 7 for my moms 99th birthday. Called 1 wk later to change the reservations to 14. Arrived and only had a table for 7 set up. Talked to the manager and he told me he was sorry someone didnt do their job. He said he would do his best. He set up 3 booths for us. My family at to sit st different tables. I was pissed off. We had to ask for water. Water is not set up at the table. The waiter couldnt handle our tables. We had to keep flagging him down. We waited 1/2 hr before he came to take our orders. Then another 45 mins for our meals to come out. Little by little our meals trickled out of the kitchen. So we did not sit as a family to eat together. The waiter kept disappearing we had to keep tacking him down. The food was terrible. I ordered the calimari marinara over linguine. There was hardly any calamari and it wasnt a .arinara sauce. The sauce tasted like ketchup.
We had brought a birthday cake for our mom. They brought it out and we had to ask for a knife to cut it. Then the waiter disappeared again. We had to get up and get our own plates to eat the cake on. But the waiter did bring out forks.
I ate there a few years ago service and food was excellent. I dont know what happened. Maybe new owners ? I would not recommend this place.

My husband and I went to Posa Posa for dinner and it wasn’t a good experience. We were forgotten for over 15 minutes while other people who were sat after us had their orders taken. We received bread but no one came to take our drink and food order for another 5 minutes. We finally get to see a waiter and order. The food was good but everything else wasn’t. Once again, after we had finished eating, it took over 10 minutes for our waiter to come to give us the check. We saw the waiter 3 times and that was it. The meal was pricy and the portions were on the smaller side. All in all, we won’t be going back there again. Maybe the pizza side of the business is better but now, we will never know. With all the other Italian food locations, we won’t have to come back

My family and I have been going to Posa Posa for years, well since before I was even born! The food here is always delicious, and when I found out I have Celiac, I was pleasantly surprised to see that their gluten free pasta and pizza are just as incredible. Their lunch, dinner, and desserts are all amazing, and always so fresh! I highly recommend this place!

Veal Saltimboca was the best in the Rockland county & New Jersey. Tender, juicy, and delicious. My friend had a pasta dish that was so delicious she couldn’t stop eating it. Soup was New England Clam Chowder and the Calimari superb. Ice tea excellent. Service was fantastic in the dinning room where we ate in the backroom. Bread was fresh too. Our total bill was around $79. We’ll worth it.

Excellent local spot for pizza, pasta and more… it’s tucked in the corner of this big lot and looking from the outside you’d never think anything of it. But it gets busy for lunch which is telling how good it is. The mussels dish I had was excellent and so was the pizza roll. There was bunch of other dishes I wanted to check out on the menu… I’ll have to come back.
