I really wish I could put this place at 0 stars because of the worker Jean. I came here at 8:00 pm on January 11th 2026. It is and was packed when I was there and wouldn’t let us sit in the back area. (See photo 1 ) A lady named Jean kept telling everyone that we cannot sit here people were standing and eating, and being crowded into the little tables trying to eat. I also was trying to talk to Jean and she was very very rude. Walking away while I was talking and trying to ask a question. She is a very rude and disrespectful person and I don’t know why she is working at a place that has to deal with people. She kept ignoring me and walking away from me. Jean made my experience absolutely horrible. If I was the manager I would fire her. Let’s create a petition to get Jean fired.

I always seem to have a hard time getting food here. A while ago I had to show a credit card statement to prove I bought food after waiting and never receiving my order and recently I got heckled by an older lady after trying to get a large drink with my order. Between food wait times and these experiences id wait to get McDonald’s til west bend.

Granted there’s a certain level of expectation for a McDonald’s restaurant experience, but this location off of Hwy 45 in Kewaskum fell several pegs short of the already low bar. It was just after “normal” lunch time on a Sunday, there was one other table in the restaurant who already had their food, and we saw/heard evidence of at least 7 employees on the clock. But somehow, our “fast food” still took 26 minutes to be delivered to our table of 2. After 15 minutes I approached the counter to see if the order was even being worked on, I was assured it was in the queue. After 20 minutes, the food runner lady poked her head out and said it was coming, so I commend her for that bit of customer attention. When she finally delivered it she said it took so long becaue they were waiting on the chicken nuggets, which are usually a staple at McDonald’s, so 26 minutes??

Fries? Worst MacDons I’ve ever seen or had.
Two cars in front of me which took a looooong time. Plus one car behind me. These were so bad. Yesterday’s fries, nuked, then got cold, then to the fryer, then sat in the warmer, got cold, fryer again. Horrible.
Great other stuff tho.

I have never been satisfied getting food from this McDonald’s. The food is hardly ever warm, its made sloppy, fries either way too salty and cold or just not good at all. Some employees are just non welcoming and in a rush to get you away.

On Saturday Oct 11th at 3:00pm,I Went inside to order 1 fish sandwich 1Big Mac,and 1quarter pounder with cheese.just sandwiches.Its total was$17 something.I handed the Older lady a $100 bill and she said “I don’t have change for that”and just looking at me??so I said ok! and walked out.No effort to get change for it??it looked like I was gonna overwork her.She just seemed Lazy and ornery.Nothing like just there.to pick up a Check.

I’ll start with the positive:
The food was pretty darn good. Everything tasted fresh and the fries were hot. The sweet tea lemonade was a nice treat.
The bad: The lobby was a mess. Tables were dirty and sticky in spots.
The ugly: This was the second time I’ve stopped in at this location in the past month. (I was traveling for work.) I’m willing to offer anyone a pass once, as they might be having a bad day. The manager here, however, ONLY has bad days apparently.
The first time I stopped, I was treated as a nuisance by him for ordering at the counter. Today? I couldn’t even get service at the counter, so I ordered and paid at the self-service kiosk.
The manager was the person who brought my food to my table. He set it down and slid it over to me without a word. I offered a, “thank you,” but received nothing in return.
I watched as he took a meal to a waiting car. As he came back inside, there were a couple gentlemen following him. He let the door close – just out of their reach of the handle. He never bothered to see if someone was close behind to possibly hold the door for them.
I’m not a person who frequents McDonald’s all that often, but this guy would make me take my money elsewhere.
I’ve been in customer service for the better part of 35 years, and this was hands-down THE worst display of customer service by a manager I’ve ever seen.

This is ridiculous. It does not take a whole day to clean. Morning staff is rude and makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing them. Especially the tall manager guy with a beard, and the bigger chick with tattoos and glasses. Horrible customer service. Stood at the register for 3 minutes while she was finishing up a text on her phone. So sorry I came for breakfast today.
