The parking situation isn’t great and the positioning of the drive thru often creates chaos. The wooden chairs and tables also leave a thing or two to be desired when you see some of the fancier designed stores with little alcoves, soft lights and plants. However, I go here every day because of the wonderful people.
Sometimes they forget my simple coffee is done because they’re slammed with orders but, even then, they’re always nice and usually smiling. I’ve even had coffee on the house because they’ll remember I had a long wait time yesterday. The cost is little, but it warms my heart to be remembered like that. Thank you to these amazing baristas for being such a positive start to my days

Simple order – oatmeal, side of milk and butter. No sugar or raisins – just nuts. Friend ordered egg and bacon sandwich. My order came with no butter or milk and 2 raisins. Friend’s order came with a Gouda egg sandwich. Bit of a hassle to get our orders right. I saw somebody order grilled cheese and then was given the Gouda sandwich that we left at the counter. Next day we tried again. Same oatmeal order. Came with butter and milk so making improvements, but 2 raisin packets and no nuts. Starting to have a bit of a raisin collection going on. I tipped both days – problem is you have to tip before you get services. Quality is good and people are friendly so 3 stars. Double check your order before you leave.

Mobile orders always take 20-30 minutes for them to be ready whats the point of ordering ahead if they are taking their sweet time. Every time I arrive for my mobile order I have to ask for it so they can actually start making it even if there is no customers inside the store or drive thru. All the workers do is talk instead of doing orders.

Me and my family recently went to this location which we always do but today we just grabbed the drinks and left, upon handing out the drinks to each kid, one of my baby’s said he had hurt himself, I was worried since I was the one driving I parked at the sprouts and went back to check on the situation, the mouth piece of the refresher was missing and it had sharp ridges , this explaining the scream from earlier, I’ve worked at many places and the thing here is the fact that when working drive through or even front of the store you look at what you are giving out, the lid was faulty and god forbid the loose piece of plastic gets stuck to my child’s throat all to a team member not looking , it’s not even something that can be overlooked since you must use your eyes and hands to place the lid on the cups ! I’m super disappointed .

Sorry if this sounds a little demanding.its just a constructive criticism. Please, kindly pay attention when making a drink, I didn’t put 1 star because I know you probably work hard and study and have a lot on your mind. But, paying +7 dollars for this much ice (+80%) is not something that I want to do after a very long work day. The coffe was gone after 4th sip. I hope you have a nice evening.

I only gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the person taking my order was nice. After paying almost $7 for a grande sized drink, it could at least be filled up all the way. And to also mention, I always make it a point to never visit this location because of past experiences but I always try to give the benefit of doubt, sad to say once again, I will try to drive to another location.

A cortadonis 2 oz of espresso and 2 oz of steamed milk. Nothing more then that. Please train your baristas correctly or don’t offer to make something you don’t know how to make. Ridiculous
