This place definitely needs some improvement. Since The view is beautiful and the coaster experience were both 10/10, the food experience dripped down.

Few recommendations. Add soup. Add higher quality of food with little bit more options. Half sandwich and half soup would be a nice add. Add coffee/tea choices. It’s cold and you’ll bring some warmth with those additions.

If this place can raise the quality and options, it would make it so much better. Waiter was nice and the balcony view was beautiful.

The view here is amazing, but I should have just looked from the chair lift and saved $60. We ordered the Spinach Dip, a Turkey Club and Kid’s Pizza. The Spinach Dip came out pretty quickly, but we waited almost 45 minutes for the other two. The Club was pathetic. I paid $15 for something I could make in my kitchen better. On the menu it says it comes with “kettle cooked chips” but they were Ruffles or something from a bag. The pizza was burned all around so we wasted some of it. The dip was the only good food. The waitress was nice but the service was too slow. I won’t be wasting any money there again.

We had a wonderful dining experience at The Terrace at Aerie’s Resort after riding the Alpine Coaster. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and thanked us for coming, which really set a positive tone. Service was prompt and professional throughout our visit.

Being part of the winery, the restaurant had a nice selection of wines and some great draft beer options. The menu is somewhat limited, but everything we ordered was outstanding fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared.

One standout was the “Cutie Board” on the kids’ menu: a fun and creative meat, cheese, and cracker plate served with nuts and cherries. It was a hit with our kiddo they gave it an A+! Most meals came with kettle chips as a side, which was fine, though it would be nice to see a few more side options in the future.

We also spotted some flatbread pizzas that looked fantastic, definitely on our list for next time.

If you’re already at Aerie’s for the Alpine Coaster, this is the perfect spot to grab a bite and enjoy a drink. We loved the experience and left full and happy. Looking forward to coming back!

First time visitor. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous. I opted for the Bourbon Chicken sandwich, which comes with chips. I’m not a huge fan of kettle chips, but these seemed to be from a bag, which is what I prefer. When restaurants make their own chips, they are always burnt. The food was perfect. The staff seemed very young, but our server was great.

Good food, but the manager was grumpy for no reason! And this is not the first time! Showing discrimination against us and our friends in the past, could be because the way we look? Didn’t feel comfortable, however the waitress were very nice.

The wine is very good. They have a decent beer selection. If you don’t want to drink wine and the food is very good and the staff is nice and friendly and the view is amazing. And the ride up in the the ride up in the enclosed ski left was really nice.Definitely a view I recommend if you’re on a nice date.

The place has an amazing view, That is it. Sadly it is poorly managed. It has been one of my worst experiences I have ever had in a restaurant. Horrible horrible horrible service. First they couldn’t even try to accommodate 9 people, and then they say that they cannot move a table, when they have light ones easy to move around. It took them more than 90 minutes to serve a burger, almost 2 hours!. And the burger, when it finally came was HORRIBLE too. They need better people managing and running that place. It has potential, sadly they don’t have good talent to run it.

Destined to fail…

First off, the only way to get to the restaurant is by the lift, for which they charge $12 per head. No accommodations for elderly, disabled, etc.
Once in, our party of 17 was split into 2 tables. One table got food after an hour. An HOUR AFTER THAT the other table got theirs, and it was cold. In between times, 4 other plates were brought out that weren’t ordered by anyone at our tables. This is unacceptable by any definition. Neither table was offered anything such as – a free appetizer for the wait, free cocktails, even crackers or bread to hold anyone over.
Before we paid anything, we asked for the manager who finally came over, clearly out of his league, and offered zero apologies. While we were talking to him, we were interrupted by the owner who flatly refused to do anything to rectify the situation except “let me buy you a drink.” No apology at all, in fact, he tripled down on “things happen, we’re busy.” The restaurant was not even half full; no line waiting. No, this is not busy. He adamantly exclaimed “No, we’re not comping anything,” and not even a discount was offered, nothing to make us want to come back or to preserve the reputation of his establishment.

This is how you run a restaurant… into the ground.
We will never return.

Our waitress was very nice – this is not a reflection on her.

The food was ok, if we go back we probably would just order an appetizer. The view was amazing though! It was fun to ride the SkyTour up to the restaurant.

The views are gorgeous. It’s a shame the food is extremely limited. The atmosphere screams “fine dining” but they serve typical winery fare (charcuterie boards and flatbreads). It’s no different from what they serve at the aeries winery, so why have the restaurant at all? It was almost completely empty when we arrived, probably for this reason.
If you want a wealth of variety, choose the oyster bar instead.
The saving grace to the Aeries terrace is the view and atmosphere.
As an add: We stopped at the winery for drinks before trying the terrace, and the ladies working there were great.
