I hate the dominos on miller road they are a rip off and I will be getting with corporate. I was there on February 11th for a replacement order and they didn’t give me my replacement after the fact they messed my order up etc. This man was rude and also made a racist comment etc

My order came out perfect — hot, fresh, and exactly how I wanted it. You can tell they take pride in their work. Definitely one of the best Domino’s experiences I’ve had. This location on Ballenger road in Flint is a JOKE. The order was placed on DoorDash and a 7.00 tip was included. Dominos personally delivered the order and it was left outside on the ground in the snow. The female who answered the phone refused to get a manager and left me on hold for over 30 minutes. I called thereafter multiple times from different numbers and still was not able to get through. This is why people react, come back and throw food in workers face or wait outside the establishment. She would not give her name or the delivery drivers name but that won’t save them. We know what type of car it was and how her voice sounds. Be careful. People don’t play about their food especially if they pay for it. Once again, be careful. Watch your back Domino workers…..update now they dnt deliver to grand manor I had ordered from them plenty of times that I can’t even count n I never gotten a refund for my pizza being in the snow I wasted 40 dollars on a pizza. They need to be closed down

Ordered at 4:54 for delivery directly via dominos website I live less than 10 minutes from the store. Delivery time kept getting pushed back further and further. Eventually my order was cancelled after 6:30. I called the store and the person who answered the phone could not tell me why the orders was cancelled after. I asked what they would be wiling to let me pickup the order and this was met with confusion. She said I could call back in about a half hour when a different manager was in. I have worked in food service and understand things happen but waiting that long to cancel an order is ridiculous. I was offered no solutions, including me simply going to pickup the order.

They don’t put on any kind of gloves and makes the food bare handed. The delivery guy comes in looking gross and just started messing with my food. I immediately asked him not too because he was dirty and didn’t wash his hands. The young lady that was working all alone,she was absolutely amazing. But that delivery guy and it’s not just him, they have/had another that did thee exact same thing

This place had horrible customer service completely they completely gave me the wrong order and they closed for the night so could not get a refund stop by the next day was told I could not get a refund not even for the toppings that they forgot he would have to contact the general manager contacted the general manager he said he would have to contact corporate do not go to this place this is robbery so not only did they completely give me the wrong Pizza they didn’t even give me a refund for what I ordered I ended up with a Bacon pizza I ordered mushrooms green peppers onion sausage bacon the works I was so disappointed bacon pizza was okay I don’t really like Domino’s cheese it tastes like pizza pocket cheese but they have pretty good crust will not be returning

I ordered a pizza at 9 PM. 9:30 comes, and there’s still no Pizza. So I checked the app. It said that it left the store at 9:17 pizza finally arrived at 9:45.I asked to feel if the pizza was still hot and he would not let me feel the pizza and was extremely rude.So I told him to cancel the order. He got in his car and squealed his tires as he left at a high rate of speed out of the parking lot.I tried to call the store and I sat there and let it ring for what seemed like forever, and they never answered my call. I understand you guys are afraid that people are going to rob you.But I was standing there with the money in my hand asking to feel that the pizza was still hot, and he was extremely rude.
