It’s okay if you’re there to (people look) and not really eat. Food portions are small but there’s alot of good looking people (girls). Drinks and desserts are short but not as short as some of the skirt that where worn. Little pricey for what you get. On the plus side our waiter was pretty cool.

Very unique Japanese restaurant with interesting decor and a rather unique menu. They had some interesting sushi combos that on paper seem weird, but are actually really delicious.

The service is also top notch and efficient, with the food also being ready ready quickly.

A must visit if you’re in the area.

The food is amazing and the aquarium they have inside to look at while your eating. Awesome ! To take pictures with your people’s and friends. And they have a live DJ playing all the jams. This is a must go! And the price is not bad at all. I went in a party of 6 people and we all a minimum of 2 drinks and a bunch of sushi rolls and appetizers. For $800.00.

Very nice ambiance with fish tanks, nice decor and great music. The waiter was nice and did his best on a busy Friday night. Drinks were tasty but not as strong and the food was okay. Presentation was nice but the flavors were just okay. I would return again and try other options on the menu.

A very unique sushi restaurant in an old restored Los Angeles building. The sushi was great and the decor unique with the aquarium on the ceiling. A very young hip crowd goes to this place.

HORRIBLE SERVICE from start to finish. you would believe they hired sloths than humans, all our food took forever to come out. the sushi was decent, but do NOT order the beef or any meat dishes unless you enjoy disappointment. also to make things worse, they had the audacity to double charge us! thankfully i actually read the bill. the only redeeming thing about this place is the aquarium vibe, which is cool, but vibes don’t make up for incompetence. would not return!!!

Dined at Mr. Sushi in DTLA. Be sure to make a reservation, as you’ll be asked at the door. It was a full house for a Wednesday evening. The service was good, and our food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Several staff members checked in on us throughout the meal to make sure we didn’t need anything else.
Also, there is no street parking ️ valet cost $17.57 before tip.

First timer. Boyfriend took me here for my bday. Service was great. Food was pretty good. Went with the four course option ($80) it was worth it. Decent options to pick from. I was expecting the atmosphere to be a bit more sophisticated, but it’s a bit lax (not a bad thing) just based off of the other patrons attire. I would totally come here again, especially just for drinks if I’m not interested in eating.

Server was walking out with my cake, turned around and added the restaurants own two pink candles and “happy birthday to you” circle pick to my birthday cake without asking with the ugliest placement.. why?? I brought my own candle to specifically place where I wanted and I didn’t even get to do that…. He took the cake back to cut it for me, which was basically just the frosting & no actual cake. I spend a pretty penny on that cake which I didn’t even end up taking home just left it for them to deal with, was put in a dim corner by the standoffish hostess and ignored by my server as my first visit here. This restaurant clearly needs to work on a few things because people are paying money to come eat here for their special events, and I’m clearly not the first to feel this way about it.

The food was just okay. The sushi rolls were mediocre at best. I expected more from a restaurant that enforces an upscale casual dress code. The location felt a bit sketchy, which took away from the overall experience. The aquarium, which is a major draw, was much smaller than it appears in photos and reviews. I was also let down by the cocktail selection. Overall, the place seems to be trying for a trendy vibe but didn’t quite hit the mark.
