First of all, the burrito is skinnier than at other locations, but it weighs HALF of what other burritos weigh. This thing was light. When i bit into it, I realized it was mostly stuffed with pico. Hardly any potatoes or steak. It tool 4 bites to finally get 1 piece of steak. This cost me $14. I literally had to go get lunch after this because warm tomato and onion wrapped in a tortilla is nauseating. Completely regret coming, and I hope I can save someone else the trouble. Location isn’t great. Tight squeeze through the drive thru, and confusing layout.

Ordered bean cheese burrito with “red” enchilada sauce. Gave me salsa verde aka “green” sauce. Also, order carne fries. Was just seemed like boiled steak and fries no flavor. Not happy after we confirmed order 3 times. Don’t like to be wasteful but these are going in trash. $23 wasted

Good food but the prices advertised are NOT what you pay. I ordered a breakfast burrito, on their display it says $9.99. At the window to pay they said $11.39. I brought to their attention and her response was-I’m not in charge of that. Not very good business practice. Horrible customer service. The ONLY reason I come here is because it’s so close to my house.

First off there’s a huge hole in the cement for the drive through which already sucks major. Then you get to the menu and you think you’re paying one price and you get to the window and they tell you something different “oh well the price on the menu is if you pay cash” as if anyone uses cash who isn’t a waiter or stripper. Then when i say that’s misleading they say “i just work here” well yes im not stupid I’ve worked in service but it’s not like the person making that decision is here to answer for this. Food is already insanely expensive and then i have to pay more. And then i get attitude and then i asked for green sauce and she gave me one green and one red when i only wanted green and i TOLD HER. I dont think a single time going to this location they have given me two green. WHY EVEN ASK WHAT SAUCE I WANT

Service is pretty good but I’m not gonna lie I was pretty disappointed in my food. I got some carne asada fries and they were potentially the most tasteless carne asada fries I’ve ever had, and barely any toppings, literally just meat and cheese and a little guacamole. The burritos are alright but I wouldn’t get carne asada fries that’s fosho.

I ordered a burrito. Asked for sour cream…i didn’t get a burrito. Or sour cream. I just got carne asada fries. Which yes their good but not as easy to eat on the go as a burrito. Wish I got my burrito with sour cream

The food is getting more expensive everytime I go. It’s still good, but $5 for this fish taco with a piece of fish the size of my finger is easy overpriced.
On the plus side: The ingredients were fresh and the white sauce was delicious.
Carne asada fries: While they don’t look they are going to be anything special they are delicious! It’s simple, the meat is tender and actually has flavor. How many other places’ asada is just rubbery, dry and tasteless? Beto’s is awesome. The fries are loaded with meat, sour cream, guan and cheese. So much so that I think they need more fries under all of it.
