Expected at least half way filled up chip bag. A single portion for both bowls for rice and paid for double. The fajita veggies was only onions. They don’t include cutlery. Honestly it’s a joke and will not be making any more visits.

Qdoba is a staple for us whenever we need a quick, affordable bite. We try queso at every restaurant we go to and have yet to find one better than Qdoba’s! Last time we were in, Nahomy, Angelo, and Noemi were incredibly kind and helpful. We came in 5 minutes to close (we hate being those people and felt terrible) but they were happy to serve us and have a nice conversation to end the night! We’ll definitely be back – especially for the tortilla soup!

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Qdoba for a long time, but my last visit was a letdown. The manager, Maria, who is a new manager in this location was extremely rude and nasty when I asked for extra cheese and onions. I’ve never been told that it’s an extra charge before, and I’ve certainly never been spoken to in such a condescending manner. It’s disappointing to feel unwelcome at a place I’ve frequented for so long.

I ordered loaded tortilla soup in a tortilla shell. I received my order in a bowl with avocado on it. I cannot eat avocado because I’m allergic to it. I’ve tried calling the store at least six times but nobody answers the phone. Now I have this food that I cannot eat and I have nothing to eat for dinner. Totally disappointed!

I ordered a bowl with chicken in it the other day and found more than 1 piece of completely raw chicken. I attempted to contact Qdoba about it and have yet to hear anything back.

Best Qdoba ever. I refuse to eat at Chipotle due to poor service. This place doesn’t disappoint. From the hello walking in the door, to no hassle when asking for extra rice or veggies. 100% 5 STARS.

Food was okay. Food area / presentation needs to be cleaner. Not clean restaurant nor where food is presented. Employees need to wash hands and change gloves when making food and using cash register. Im seeing this more and more at restaurants. Restaurant needs to be clean.

I’m sorry but even taco bell tastes way better. I could taste the plastic bags certain things are cooked in. Props for the fresh veggies and salsas. Went in looking for a taco salad… no such thing. Just bowls and chips. Mexican fast food isn’t easy to make that tastes good. Also.. the rice wasn’t the way abuela made it, the beans had no flavor but plastic. The steak was chewy. I ate maybe 10 bites of a bowl (should have gotten the mini). I feel like i wasted $30

We always like Qdoba’s food and their service but……I always got the feeling I was taking them out of their mojo when I asked for extra queso, etc. This last visit was quite the contrary. The 3 cheese nachos I almost always order weighed about 2 pounds. For the first time eating there I was completely satisfied. Not sure if all of the stores are following suit but, I’m good with just having one location. /victory cry !
