whenever I saw that there was a new chipotle opening, I saw a glimpse of hope thinking that there may be a good chipotle coming and considering every chipotle in the area is terribly managed and ran. This chipotle is no better if not worse than the other locations. I’ve already gone three times thinking maybe there was a chance of change or maybe the workers are just too new but it doesn’t take experience to give a half decent portion on a bowl that cost me $20 (insane price by the way). I also got a bag of chips that no joke contained nine chips. It just makes me sad that I cannot eat chipotle because I really do enjoy the food but the service, management and portion size is simply unacceptable. I just don’t understand what’s so difficult about running a chipotle, the food at each location is identical and there is a scripted way on how to run a chipotle the right way I just don’t understand. and also all of my steak Literally looks raw and none of it is cooked correctly with 70% of it being fat and chewy hard bites with every scoop. I also wanted a drink, but when i take a look I come to find out that the chipotle made drinks such as the lemonade, and a berry fresca are completely empty at all times. I really hope that this location somehow turns around, but I will say it is not looking good for them at all and I got charged full price for a quarter spoon of guac that had to be scraped out of the pan. I could go on for hours about how many terrible experiences I’ve had with almost every chipotle I’ve been to. if you consider going to this location, I promise you it is worth the drive to go to the Wexford chipotle great staff and management. The food is hot. The guac is cold and everything‘s fresh. Just take the extra 15 minutes and drive to the Wexford one.

I’ve been to this location many times now and the food and service has been excellent every time. One employee named Charlie went above and beyond with friendly, genuine customer service. He greeted everyone with a smile, was incredibly patient while answering questions, and made sure each order was made perfectly.

I went in around 915ish tonight. I think this was only their second day open. The people working were very polite and friendly. There was barely anyone there when i got there, but Im assuming they had just had a rush. While the staff was friendly, I noticed that every single table was dirty, with nobody sitting at any of them. Tables had trash on them or on the floor, and the tables that didnt have trash looked kind of greasy as if wiped down very fast with a dirty rag. I had planned on dinning in, as i wasn’t heading home anytime soon, but unfortunately since there werent any clean tables, i had to eat in my car. Like i said, its very probable they didnt get a chance to clean up after a rush b4 i got there, and the staff were very nice.

I’ve had good experiences here. The food has been good, orders have been correct, the staff is friendly and trying hard. Charlie is great–he works fast, friendly, customer focused. I’ve had both dine in and take out.

This actually might be worse than the McKnight location. I’m hoping it is just a learning curve from opening but I don’t think I’ll be back. I waited 40 minutes and the order was still not accurate. No one seemed to have a clue what was going on. I felt like I was truly losing my mind trying to have a conversation with the employees. I ordered a bowl and a quesadilla with a side of rice. The bowl was wrong and they gave me a kids quesadilla with no sides at all.

I was hoping new location would be better but same problems as other locations. The food portions have got worse and the quality of the food is dipping. The restaurant is dirty and looks like no one wiped off a table even once that day. They are out of basics like Napkins all the time, this one didnt even bother making any tea that they offer on the menu.

This Chipotle is brand new to the area. The wife and I gave them some time to open and we expected it to calm down a little. The line was around the dining area. They moved fairly quick and the experience was fantastic. Food. One of the best Chipotle ive had around the city.

I’ve been here numerous times already, probably close to 8-10. Every time has been good. Never waited in line over 10 minutes. Portions were comparable to other chipotles and the employees were friendly. No complaints here.

Worst location I’ve ever been to. All the tables where dirty with no one sitting at them. The lady putting together your food wasn’t even putting the right portions. Very little bit of meat and rice and she couldn’t roll a burrito at all. I was very disappointed because I love Chipotle.
