About us Mazzios Italian Eatery It was 1961. Alan Shepard was the USA’s first man in space. Dion’s “Runaround Sue” topped the music charts. Volkswagen’s funny little car invaded America in droves. And a young school teacher opened a small, one-man pizza restaurant in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which was to be the birthplace of the growing, dynamic Mazzio’s LLC of today. That original restaurant—named The Pizza Parlor—delighted many Tulsans with the very first pizza they ever ate. The school teacher was Ken Selby, who ran his new business virtually alone and after a full day of teaching.

Giving this pizza spot 5 stars!! The service is always on point. The buffet is always fresh and hot. It can get a bit crowded. Anytime they have botched an order they are eager to fix it. Rarely do they ‘botch’ orders.

First time visiting and we had a great experience. The person that checked us out was super nice and very helpful. If you didn’t know this, (which I didnt) they will prepare a pizza of your liking and bring it to you and take what’s left to the buffet so everyone else can enjoy it as well. Super neat idea. We will visit again.

Friendly service but disappointed because of the condition of the place. Only two other groups here. So they are not busy. The floor is dirty and from where I am sitting I see 6 tables that are dirty. Got the holiday meal deal.. bread sticks smell and taste so good. All the food is great. To bad the place was dirty would have gave 5 stars.

I had a root canal done today…. so I decided to call Mazzios for my kids something good to eat. I asked for a to-go kids salad which was on their website for 3.99 for my daughter. She is 4 and loves salad. I asked the girl what came in it and asked her if I could tell her what to put on it, she said, yes. When I got to the store they tried to charge me $9 for my daughter’s salad. When I asked why the total was so high, they acted like I was trying to steal from them. Then she said would you like to come in and eat?? Then she proceeded to say if you are eating it too we will charge you for an adult. Being that I had a root canal done today, I can’t even eat salad. I cannot eat much of anything!! Also was the reason I was ordering TOGO!!! I Really do not appreciate the way I was treated. The manager did end up giving me the difference back, but the way I was treated over a silly salad is absolutely absurd!!!
Edited to add my pizza from tonight. This is supposed to be a medium pepperoni. When I complained, the lady says it looks fine to me. I will not be back. It’s unfortunate because I did really like Mazzios. 🙁

First time coming here wasn’t greeted, so I went to sit down as I was sitting still no one said anything to me. As I was looking around the restaurant I read a sign which I totally didn’t see when I came in. I was looking for a warm smile and greet but no one said anything. The sign said order. Up front. So I went back and this time a young lady did ask was I making/placing a order I said yes and proceeded. The food was good. I just didn’t find it a friendly experience. One young lady who took my order was the only one who seemed friendly. I don’t think I’ll ever go back. I work hard for my money and expect friendliness. The restaurant was very clean. Plenty of room to sit with wall TV’s.
