Lively eatery serving Tex-Mex fare, wings & margaritas in a contemporary setting.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to recommend a restaurant that serves flavorless food, as this would contradict the purpose of a good dining experience. The chips were stale, the salsa needs improved in texture (it’s like water), and
✨ FLAVOR✨was lacking.
Chips and salsa are so simple to do right. ♀️I don’t understand why that would be something that a place can’t deliver as a bare minimum.
Loaded nachos are also so easy to do….The ground beef was just plain ground oily beef with no seasoning✨… Tacos with pulled pork lacked moisture and the wonderful melted tenderness that pulled pork should have, it was dry.
Very disappointing.
Music was off?…listening to, “Bring It All Back Song by S Club 7 ‧ 1999” is not my idea of a fun time or Mexican restaurant vibes.
Atmosphere is empty feeling and lacks intimacy, it’s missing something.
The sever was kind and gave good service. But food was gross. So, will not be returning and will be telling my Peeps, ♀️ ♂️“This place ew, no. Let’s not go..” ♀️

Hubby and I went for a late lunch. We both had 2 tacos a la carte: carne asada and al pastor. I really enjoyed them both, although the al pastor with the pineapples was my favorite. We will definitely be back!

Queso is tasteless. Kind of watered down. Waitress stopped in maybe once after food arrived. All the tacos are on corn tortillas, why not state that in giant letters. They were still good, but would have been better served with flour tortillas. The chicken quesadillas were bland. The only good thing was the burrito. Margarita sucked. Sweet tea was off. Do better.

Young man that attended us Keenan, was super attentive, great service that he provided to us, and super attentive to our granddaughter’s.
Food was served hot, and was well plated.
Atmosphere, was calm-medium considering the time frame we went.

We were out and about looking for a place to have lunch. We came across Bubba Garcia’s! I must say, the food was spot on delicious, the atmosphere is very laid back and friendly staff. Our server was very kind and courteous amd kept our drink refills full. I had the Burrito Gringo with chicken, they didn’t stuff the burrito with unnecessary amounts of rice. It just had the chicken and normal fillings. The beans and rice were also great but they do have additional sides if you don’t like the traditional beans and rice. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Very good experience with this restaurant. They were busy so service was a bit slower than a 5 star experience, but the food arrived hot and was great. The music was a bit loud making conversation somewhat difficult.
My wife got the taco salad and was surprised/impressed that it had bacon on it. The beef burrito I ordered was very good, but if I go again I will definitely try the taco salad. It looked great! (She wouldn’t share… 😉 )

Stopped in at the SSI location. We were a group of 11 and unexpected by the restaurant. They were able to accommodate all of us. The service was very good as was the food. I had the Chorizo Enchilada which was delicious and a classic margarita. I would recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a nice dinner. Hats off to our server, Patrick C. he did a great job and was very attentive. Will be back soon.

Dined in on a Friday night. Loved the casual, friendly atmosphere. Not many tables, and all were full, so we sat at the bar. Bartender was great, checked on us often and kept us filled. Had the Paleo Plate and Enchiladas (pork, ground beef and chicken). Both dishes were amazing. Somehow even the black beans were better than most places! Highly recommend the prickly pear margarita!! We will definitely be back!

I’ve been here a couple times while staying in the area for business. I mainly frequented the upstairs bar. The restaurant closes early, but so do most places around here. The bar is open til 2am, and I think you can order food from downstairs after the restaurant has closed. I’ve eaten here previously, and remembered that it was standard TexMex, not great but not horrible. The bartenders upstairs are friendly and attentive. I just had beer so can’t speak to their mixed drink pours. They have plenty of distractions, pool, darts, video golf, large tvs/projectors and group seating galore. Seems like the local catch all hangout spot, as the crowd is fairly diverse in age, gender and ethnicity. It’s a super cool and convenient place as it’s right behind the hotel I usually stay in and is a 5 min walk through the parking lot. I’ll definitely come back if I find myself here again.

We got here around noon on a Saturday and it wasn’t super busy, so we were able to get seated and served rather quickly. Sports bar atmosphere but also very laid back – service was excellent and our bartender, Cassy was fantastic! Super friendly, really attentive, and made great conversation. We may have found our new taco spot downtown.
