This place is a hidden gem! A little off the beaten path, but loved by a devoted clientele. Just what you would want from a country diner, the place is warm, friendly, and inviting with country-themed fixtures and art. The wait staff is delightful and makes you feel like family; they work well with each other and cover each other’s tables, making sure no empty dish stays on the table for more than 30 seconds. The food was tasty and filling, not grease-soaked or over-buttered. The sausage links were a bit overcooked, but still juicy on the inside. The place is kept pretty cold, so be prepared to bring a light jacket. CASH/CHECK ONLY, but there is an ATM on site.

This is the best breakfast I’ve had in lawton after living here for two years. The employees are almost running all over the place during a rush. Lots of credit for the cooks. Your food might take a little to get to you. But that’s because it’s all made fresh on the spot. I’ve never had corn beef and hash that didn’t require any toppings. The Biscuits and gravy will feed your soul. I’ll be going back here for sure. All that food you see was 24$. So prices were very reasonable.

Grabbed breakfast before heading home, there to pick up family in Lawton, senior priced ok got water 2 eggs, 2 bacon, hashbrowns, 2 toast 7.49, big breakfast bit much since only got 2 slices more bacon than on senior plus coffee and tkt was $23.46+tax. After we were thru found out cash only,,we didn’t see a sign that stated that so ‘luckily’ they had an ATM on premisis,,very busy place,,bacon was cooked to my request, hash browns crispy on the outside but a bit mushy on the inside, eggs sunny side like mine with white a bit more cooked but were OK. Had several options for toast, biscuit, or silver dollsr pancakes, hash browns or country fries. Definitely not a cookie cutter place,, small neighborhood diner.Lots of regulars as waitresses cald them by name, were very hurried but nice,, only open for breakfast n lunch I guess as they close at 2p

They serve breakfast breakfast dinners and lunch dinners . I got a hamburger steak with 3 sides . The portion was just perfect . I ate everything and all tasted great . The staff is very friendly and helpful . The food came out quickly . Fair prices .

Country Cafe is a classic mom & pop local restaurant. When I was a kid my grandfather used to roam the south going to any small town horseshow within a days drive. My grandmother made me go with him to keep him awake, as he tended to stay late at shows. Every dinner was at the show, but every morning was at a place exactly like Country Cafe. It brought back some really good memories. Also, the breakfast was really good. Possibly the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had. The sausage was well done and tough (just like my grandfather used to do), but still tasty. My hashbrowns were super crispy. My companions both got pancakes and raved about how good they were. Country Cafe, like other restaurants we visited in Lawton, is CASH ONLY, which caught one of our party off guard. Luckily we had enough between us to cover it. Will absolutely return should I visit Lawton again.

When I pulled up at 7:30am and saw a parking lot full of tradesmen’s vehicles, I knew it was going to be a great experience. There were a couple of tables pushed together for all the farmers and locals to have breakfast together, and the service is amazing with classic style waitresses and homestyle food. Love this place, just be warned they take cash only, but there is an ATM inside the Cafe if you happened to not bring in any greenbacks with you.

Never was able to try their food. We walked in, many table were dirty, not cleaned, no yablescto sirvat. Nobody came to ask if we needed a table, they just left us standing at the door. After 5 minuted, we just walked out.
