Seems a lot of people will complain if there’s a minor inconvenience, but won’t leave a positive review if they have a good experience… I stopped in shortly before 6PM to grab an quick bite to eat and a coffee for the drive home. Got the $5 two wake-up wrap and iced coffee combo. The employee greeted me when I walked in, let me know in advance they were out of some items so I wouldn’t get disappointed after ordering, and prepared my order quickly and handed it over with a smile. 10/10, would visit again.

It’s dunkin’s Donuts man. They got to do something different. I don’t know. It’s starting to get. Just boring I guess they should. They have to come up with some new stuff more often. I mean you’re paying almost $4 for a medium coffee and that’s like a gallon of gasoline. This dunkin is absolutely terrible. They never toast anything, you’re waiting for 10+ mins even if you ordered 30 minutes prior on the app. The workers are rude and they are super slow.

I placed an app order at 1:50 pm, a simple Macha latte and the new Sabrina Strawberry Daydream refresher and a bag of 10 chocolate munkins. Well about 10 minutes has passed and the employee asked if I was so and so. I said yes and he said there is no more strawberry and offered two options of refresher. He was out of almost everything except guava and mango. I asked before the employee made my matcha latte if all the ingredients are present. They said yes and came back 2 minutes later and tried handing me a brown matcha latter drink with floating matcha. I told them that’s not a matcha latte and they said yes it is and then proceeded to add more matcha to drink and clean up the drink that was spilled. I refused to have anything else made from this person, I worked away. Currently made a complaint on the app and will contact their manager on a non weekend. I am truly disappointed of what I was handed and refused to ever order from this place again. There was also a large line hence why I didn’t ask for a refund in cash because I ordered on the Dunkin app.

the workers are all so nice and understanding which is always really great, but that doesn’t really make up for the fact that this place is not at all good for getting coffee. i can’t even count the amount of times i’ve been to this specific dunkin donuts, but i can count the amount of times they’ve gotten my order right with only one hand. seriously, the customer service is amazing, but the baristas are honestly not good at their job and it’s more worth it to go to the other dunkin just up the road.

20 minute wait wasn’t really worth it, especially seeing as I have a walking disability and ordered pickup specifically so it could be early. Yet every regular that walked in got served first. Just for the lady to know it was my coffee and gave a snarky ‘Sorry for the wait’

The “fresh” bagels you’re giving out in the morning at opening shouldn’t be teeth break hard. Can’t even bite a dent into this bagel it’s like a rock. You can tell how hard it is straight from touch so someone pulled it off the shelf and thought “this seems like a totally reasonable bagel to give a customer”
Not the first time it’s happened it totally give 0 stars if it was possible
Edit: opened up the bagel and saw you used the crusty, hardened cream cheese. Not even the same color as regular cream cheese. Cream cheese shouldn’t be so solid that I can pick it up as a clean singular piece.

Three employees on and just me. All said “hi” to me as I stood stood at the counter while they kept walking.
When one employee asked another if they could help a customer (me) their reply was “If I have to.”
Needless to say, I walked out as the whole store has evidently quietly quit.
Their in-store sign requesting 5-star reviews from customers is either a bad joke or a denial of the truth.
