I got chicken tenders and fries here with root beer. The tenders were juicy and hot. They were some of the best I ever had. The fries were mediocre at best. They tasted a bit frozen and lacked any distinct quality. The root-beer was chilled and refreshing. Overall, for the price they charge and service they provide, the place is based and justified.

I was really disappointed with my order. The mini corn dogs were completely overcooked and very dark — definitely burnt. It’s surprising and disappointing that these were served in this condition, as it’s clear they were left in the fryer far too long. I understand mistakes happen, but I wouldn’t expect food in this state to be considered acceptable to serve to customers. Service was decent though.

Very clean. Great service. Food was excellent! Haven’t been in awhile. Cheese curds very stretchy. Yummy fries, thick milkshakes, burgers very tasty!!

Was perfect going in for supper yesterday, the folks behind the counter were super friendly and it was the opposite of packed inside, food came out piping hot and still do the frosted mugs, looked like the drive up car hop was working still too. Will definitely be coming back their service surpasses Janesville’s in leaps and bounds.

It is AWESOME that we still have a true A&W with the drive up service like this. Everyone was friendly and efficient, and wearing masks (Covid). Prices are reasonable. The food is really good, but not spectacular – fries could be saltier, burgers were good, but that’s it. The root beer though..NOTHING BETTER!! Definitely check them out!

Came in yesterday around 4:30. I live 40 minutes away so this was a treat for the kids. I was the only person in line. They weren’t busy and there were six girls working behind the counter-most of them leaning on the counter scrolling through their phones. I very slowly placed my order because I wanted to make sure she got that three of the sandwiches were plain. After an inordinately long time I was handed my order and I thought, “It’s not busy, and it took so long, there’s no way they messed up”, so I didn’t check the order. Get home all the sandwiches were made with everything on them. This wasn’t even a large order-three sandwiches, two hotdogs, two curds-maybe hire people who will work instead of standing around gossiping or scrolling through their phones. Thanks for ruining my families dinner.

Stopped in yesterday for a rootbeer float.
The girl who took my order was less than thrilled to take my order. I obviously don’t know what her personal life is like. Maybe not so good. But that doesn’t mean you can’t smile and say thank you. The float itself was less than good. The rootbeer was flat and warm. The Ice cream had no flavor. Ended up throwing it away. The interior is old and run down.

Got a gallon of rootbeer was super excited to show my kids the crisp bubbly flavor I loved as a kid. Unfortunately that is not what I got. It no longer comes in a plastic milk jug that looks like it’s going to explode. It comes in a weird despenser bag. It was SUPER FLAT. No bubbles at all. My kids don’t even like it. It’s a sad sad day.
